After purchasing a leather recliner off the floor, it was delivered to our home a week later. 10 hours at our home, we noticed a fine (razor blade) scoring on the back cushion of the chair that was not there in the store. After trying to have the issue resolved we were told items sold off the floor were "as is" and we could pay to have it repaired by a technician. We were told we got a "deal" off the floor. Over a thousand dollars for a sliced recliner is NO deal in my book. We thought shopping at a more exclusive store with finer quality merchandise would be a better retail experience; we were 1200 dollars WRONG.
