The wine list is excellent. The food was amazing. Cooked to perfection. The best Italian food we have had in the 5 years since we moved here. We will return. Save room for dessert!

We have been reluctant to try this restaurant due to the bad Italian food we have had in the state of Georgia. However...this was a breath of fresh air. WONDERFUL food. My daughter, who usually does butter and parmesean, LOVED the marinara! My son had the Zuppa de Pesce. They did not scrimp on the seafood. It was completely delicious. What we loved is that they offered more than the typical pasta. Meat as the main course was wonderful. Whether it is steak or ribs...everything is delicious! We will BE BACK!

We love to frequent local, non-chain types of restaurants and while exploring our new neighboorhood, found Fusco's. AND... what a FIND it was!!! We have been a few times now, and without exception, the food has been of very high quality with friendly, helpful service. The salads are fresh, high quality greens, cheeses are fabulous; sauces are light and especially tasty; the wine selection is very nice. Fusco's is definitely a wonderful place to go for a night out! They also have sidewalk dining available which is nice for cooler weather. A MUST TRY restaurant!

We've seen Fusco's in Acworth for several years and only just got around to going. Hostess and wait staff very pleasant and helpful. Others even pitched in when server got busy and mgr./owner? was walking around chekcing on things. Wife's martini not the best in the world, especially for the price, but dinners were very good if slightly pricey. But then again, this is a nice restaurant. She had a steak-type special (i.e., steak was part of the recipe, not a traditional steak). She loved it. I had a scallop & prosciutto pasta dish. Scallops very good, huge portions. Wasn't overwhelmed by the sauce, but still very good. Nice salad, bread with olive oil included. We'd definitely go back on a special occasion.

This is a wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown Acworth--rapidly becoming a mecca for great eateries. Everything on the menu is great, but we normally take advantage of the daily specials. Chef David is a wizard and the service is always friendly and fast.

We found Fusco's a few years ago and still dine there two to three times a month. Extensive wine list and a pumpkin gelato that was out of this world. Their wait staff is good and we rarely ever have to wait for a table.

The calamari was not seasoned, the stuffed mushrooms tasted like they were reheated store bought products, so much sauce that you could not taste the veal, and the lasagna was not as good a store bought. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you like mediocre food and a $65 price tag, without drinks.

Someone recommended Fusco's to my boyfriend lasy fall. We have been 3-4 times and we really love it. The gnocchi with four cheese sauce is sooooo good. The stuffed mushrooms are good as well. Definitely save room for dessert. In the fall they had pumpkin gellato, and it was amazing!

Busy week, 31st birthday, girlfriend gets done with night class at 8:30pm. I wanted a quiet, low-key, delicious dinner and, living in the Kennesaw area, didn't want to nor had the time to drive downtown. I had been to Fusco's before and had a great evening with friends. The second time was just as appealing. The atmosphere is elegant and personal and very chill. The waitstaff is very knowledgable and polite. The food is inventive and the tastes cover the possibilities of the palate. I would come back again.

We enjoyed our dinner at Fusco's. It is on the high side and the dining area is a bit crowded. The food and service is good. It was nice not to have drive to Atlanta for some good Italian food or settle for the Olive Garden.

We have 3 favorite restaurants in Acworth. This is one of them. We patronize this restaurant 3-4 times a month. We live very close and it's great not to have to drive to Barrett Parkway. The food is always good. Expect crowds on the weekends. To avoid them go early, around 6pm. We like the weeknights for this reason. Lunch is good too. We like to patronize good locally owned establishments, rather than the chains. The prices are comparable to other Italian restaurants. Management is very accommodating. Our guests have always been very satisfied.
