Upon arriving at Fusion Sleep I was a nervous wreck...I didn't know who or what to expect. The first encounter I had was with a Beth at the front desk (Johnson Ferry Ofice). She was so warm and welcoming. In that first visit I know we talked over 30 minutes. She was very reassuring of my worries and concerns and let me know that no matter what was discovered in the sleep study they would take good care of me. She has continued to give the same amazing customer service now as she did then. The next encounter I had was with Dr. Riney. She was fantastic! I spent an hour asking questions, putting to bed my concerns; she was so attentive to my needs and really took time to care about me not as a patient but as a friend. I love her so much for that now. To date she has taken such good care of me and my sleep needs. When I voiced my hatred lol for the machine she encouraged me to give it another try; she knew over time I would learn to love it. I still hate it lol but I continue to give it my all; The third wonderful encounter was via telephone and e-mail with Dr. Riney's nurse Ms. Wendy Banks. She is phenomenal! To this day Ms. Wendy has yet to physically meet me but she checks on me every week, makes sure I get my medicine refill, dosage change and has been a shoulder to cry on when the pain became too much. She treats me like a daughter and I am so grateful to Fusion Sleep for all they are doing for me :)

I received a phone call this morning from a DEBT COLLECTION agency concerning a bill from Fusion Sleep from a visit that I paid them over a year ago. I wasn't impressed with the doctor or the staff there and never returned - but I DID pay the outrageous bill for the 30 minute consultation in November of last year and I have the credit card record to prove it. My address was typed in wrong by the staff (shock) yet they clearly had my phone number correct since they passed it to a debt collection agency instead of calling me themselves to clear up this matter (that wasn't a matter.) Despite the fact that they had my street name unrecognizable in their system, I had paid my bill. Thanks, Fusion, I get to spend the next few weeks clearing my perfect credit record because of your lack of organization and bookkeeping. Two thumbs down.

Don't do it. They will take your money and your time. They will smile and help you to the door. I lost $190 and 3 hours of my time in the office and have not gotten a call back as promised. I will start over with a different group.

Horrible experience, barely slept at all at the 1st study, there was some loud machine in the hallway. 2nd with a mask, they gave me a full face mask even though I told them I wanted a pillow mask. Again freezing and got zero sleep. What an unpleasant experience. Whats the point of a sleep study you cant sleep at? And of course there was the insurance 'mix-up', where they said their person was told the studies were covered 100%, which of course was wrong and I unexpectedly owed them $700...Again this is after I talked about the costs FIRST and they told me I would just have to pay for the regular $25 visit deduction for the studies. It is beyond clear this company is simply out for the money, even if they have to lie to you. Stay away from this place!

This is the 1st negative review I have ever given a company. I saw the negative reviews for this company regarding payment issues before we did the 1st sleep study so I was double sure that I checked with both Fusion Sleep and my insurance company TWICE to find out what our financial responsibility would be. I even got the codes from Fusion Sleep that would be used. I was told that because of the location of the place where they do the actual sleep study was in the same parking lot and building that the sleep study would be billed as an in patient and not out patient. That was INCORRECT and the financial difference of a $40 copay or a $400 bill. HUGE difference. And now almost 12 months later I keep getting the runaround and being told that it is resubmitted to my insurance. Meanwhile I have spoken to my insurance company who is telling me that nothing has ever been resubmitted. BILLING NIGHTMARE!!! The study and equipment has helped my husband greatly which is the only positive experience we have had with them.

Fusion Sleep is one of the most professional medical practice companies I have ever experienced. The genuine concern for my health and wellbeing was evident from the start. Each person cares about my health and that starts with great sleep! Everyone needs to truly explore the quality of their sleep. It's worth every moment invested!

This review is only related to billing. Fusion I would say completely average on helping with sleep. I have had more than one billing issue the first one they took care of fairyly quickly the last has been going on for 18 months and I have sent in all paperwork from my bank stating that they recieved my payment. I have done this more than once. I continue to be be billied it is insane. It doesn't help calling they simpling tell me to resend my information.

1) We were misled about the billing. My wife was told insurance would cover but did not. (Fusion did not tell us annual deductible needed to be hit first.) 2) Wife had a terrible experience at the actual session and left early. Could not fall asleep with all the wires. 3) They have been unwilling to work with us on making us pay for something that was of no value to us. 4) For us it was a total waste of money. Would definitely NOT recommend going to Fusion. We are on the hook for about $900.

I did not know what an impact a visit to Fusion Sleep would have on my life! With the help of the Doctors and Sleep Techs at Fusion Sleep, I now have restful and good quality sleep, and I can only say my life has changed for the better. Thank you Fusion Sleep!

My husband, mother and godmother have all had sleep studies and follow up care at Fusion. Everyone was professtional, knowledgable and friendly! All the doctors and nurse practitioners are top notch! If you have a sleep issue, snoring, insomnia or are too sleepy during the day, you should go to them!!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Fusion sleep. The technicians were very courteous and helpful. I did not have any false expectations that I would have a full 8 hours of restless sleep going in, as this is a short term issue for me to correct years of sleep depravity. Although there was some nuisance issues with the nose plug and the CPAP testing, the bed, surroundings, and support was more than I could have asked for.

My daughter has had 2 sleep studies with Fusion. (first for a diagnosis and second one to check her progress with the medicine). Both were very good experiences. The staff was very professional and helpful through the entire process. The room and beds were extremely comfortable both for her and me. The doctors really listen to her explain her problems and have worked with us to find the right solution. Great all around experience.

I had a great experience with this company until my insurace company didnt pay the bill. Well when I called they told me they contacted my insurance company and said I was covered. Well once I did the sleep study and got the machine, I was told that my insurance company wasnt paying the bill. Well come to find out I didnt have any coverage for sleep studies. So it appears someone lied to me. Now Im study with a 270$ monthly payment for a service I was told was varified with my insurace company to cover the bill. The only reason I am paying is because I had terriable sleep apnea and was finally getting some relief. So please double check before you do the sleep study. Other than that, their personal service has been pretty good. But I was not prepared for this large bill.
