Charge $250 per hour labor. A fancy lawyer or even a brain surgeon doesn't charge this much per hour. They always complain on how busy they are. Suggest slowing their business down.

My 89-year-old mother was charged $1,771+ dollars for two plumbers to repair two toilets and install one shower head. They bid by the job and did not specify labor costs. They replaced parts on two toilets which they claim were leaking. They installed an inexpensive shower head. One plumber LEFT for a half hour to get parts they should have brought with them. He was there 2.5 hours while the other plumber was three hours. I have checked prices with other plumbers. They confirmed what I already knew. WAY OVERPRICED! The Cincinnati Enquirer will be interviewing my mother when I fly to Cincinnati in two weeks to expose what I deem to be unscrupulous business practices. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Contractors Licensing Board. Contact me if you have similar complaints about G & R: firstname.lastname@example.org.

I would not use this company again. They charged over $250 to fix a leaking toilet. They lifted the toilet off the ground and reset it. After they left, it started leaking again from the tank. When we told them the toilet was leaking from the tank, they said we must have broken it by sitting back on it too hard. We had not even used it. They came back to "fix" the toilet and proceeded to put the wrong gasket in the tank. It started leaking. They had 13 BBB complaints in the prior 36 months.
