If you experience any problems, contact the Owner immediately. I had a customer service issue with one of his employees and he called me back to make it right.

They started out great. The owner was great with customer service and gave me a quick turn on my repair. Then I referred my Mom for a transmission repair because I was impressed. Multiple return trips then took place because the transmission kept breaking. Every return trip Tad said "we will take it to the dealer this time" and went as far at one point to say, "there is too much dirt in the shop that must be getting in there causing problems." I figured it was fluke so I took my car there again. The mechanics claimed there was no oil leak even when I showed them the drip and told them where it was coming from. I ended up taking it to the dealer for repair. Then just after a year of my initial experience with Lil Auto, the same part broke and I had to have it repaired. Strike three they are out. Service went down the pipe since Tad started to work the office. BUYER BEWARE!!!
