They were sent by my microwave manufacturer's warranty service. Diagnosed my microwave problem as a bad fan motor. After waiting 2+ weeks, plus some hassle between the manufacturer, LG, and ApplianceMax, was finally able to get someone to come out with a replacement part. Ended up that the motor wasn't bad after all, but that the elec. cord was stuck in the fan motor.
