Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning

I had the oppourtunity to use Gagne HVAC services on a couple occassions in 2011 and 2012.I find that Jeff goes out of his way to find the problem and fix it without any reservations to do the job correct. He knows how to properly service his clients and customer satisfaction is first! Thanks Jeff.. thats the way to grow a business.

Earlier this year our air conditioner stopped cooling properly. I looked one craiglist and the people I called made things worse. My boss told me to look at Kudzu because of the ratings. I found Gagne here and found a quality professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

You can put your mind at ease when you call Gagne. Without question one of the most responsive, dedicated and trustworthy outfits in the heating and air conditioning business. Our AC stopped working & we called the outfit that had originally installed the unit. After 2 1/2 hours of trouble shooting and estimates for repair reaching $3600 we called Gagne Heating & Air to get a second opinion. A very short time later Jeff Gagne arrived, looked our system over, and within 20 minutes had it up and running like new. No question, this man knew what he was doing and was sincerely intersted in providing quality service. And I might add, at a very reasonable price! I have placed Gagne Heating & Air at the top of my list, as well as the community homeowner's repair list, and strongly recommend that anyone needing assistance in home heating and air conditioning give them a try. I am confident it will be a satisfying experience.

Realizing that our AC wasn't cooling the house on a Saturday evening, my worst fear was not being able to get someone to come out on a Sunday (not at a reasonable price that is). Based on Kudzu reviews I starting calling several companies Sunday morning. In call cases Dispatch gets my info and the technician will call. One return call said they couldn't come for 5 more days. Jeff called me within 10-15 minutes. Jeff and Eric arrived sooner than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. The did not tell us we needed to replace everything but talked through all of our options and what short and long term effects could be for each so we can make a decision based on our financial comfort level. I appreciate not being treated like a kid and just being told what to do. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

After getting 5 quotes from others, I chose Gagne Heating & Air for a Trane XL16i system and new duct work. I stated out not knowing which manufacture to go with and I did a lot of homework. Gagne was clearly the best value and most trusted. Brothers Jeff and Eric were very easy to work with and they designed and installed the right choice for our house. They covered everything so it was the best fit and we love it! This was not an easy job and Jeff & Eric treated it like a custom unit going in their own home. Exceptional knowledge, workmanship, value, on-time installation, and detail to service. I would highly recommend Jeff & Eric for any residential or commercial job. They were very trusting and among all the other choices, they provided the best option. Go with Gagne! You'll be very happy you did!
