After a few days without A/C and some communication issues I spoke with Jeff, one of the owners. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to repair our unit himself. We spent a little time talking and... he seemed truly interested in hearing what I had to say. Jeff has my respect for coming out in person to assist a frustrated customer. I was pleased that what could have been a negative interaction ended on a positive note. The test of a company is always how they respond to adversity. I had the unfortunate issue of having my furnace die just when I needed it most. Typical! I called Gagne Heating and Air and they were extremely busy because of the weather but they were able to... get to me quickly. The service technician was courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot my issue in about 20 minutes and get my heat back on. The part was less than $25 and a service call charge kept the total cost around $100!! I would have paid 3X that. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you!! Daryl saved us from the cold.. Being from South Florida we do not like this kind of weather. We called for service and had a technician at our door within 2 hours. Bonnie the woman who I spoke with on the phone was so companionate (she also doesn't like the cold). She said she will absolutely have someone to our home today to get us some heat... We will be lifelong customers.
We called Gagne Heating to service our home today since the main floor furnace stopped working. Daniel the technician sent was professional and explained everything that was wrong and had the furnace heating in no time at all. We have used several of the larger companies in the past and we feel our dollars are best spent with honest family owned businesses. Gagne will be referred to all our friends and family. We had a technician come out and repair our AC. he fixed the problem quickly. they are not cheap but you get the value for money
In process of getting estimates. He came out, seemed nice and knowledgeable. Never received a written estimate though. He later contacted me and stated had some office staff issues and included the estimate.
Heat stopped working in our rental house the morning after Jan 2014 snow storm...Eric, one of the owners of Gagne Heating and air, was unable to send tech out that day due to hazardous road conditions but walked us through on the phone how to manually start our furnace so that we wouldn't freeze. Thank you so much.
I recently had to replace my AC and Furnace. I called them during my lunch hour and they said they could meet me to quote the job right away. I headed home and Eric Gagne was already there waiting for me. He apologized for being in work clothes as he just came over from another job (Have to love that one of the owners is on-site working jobs). He looked at the system, took pictures and sent me the quote that night which included some freebies that he was able to take advantage of since Carrier was running some special promotions. Long story short, he gave me more system for less money than other quotes I received, they did a great install and I have an incredible system.
My central A/C for the top floor stopped producing cold air on a hot Saturday evening. I was trying to find a company to come down on a weekend and fix my A/C problem. I came across Gagne on Kudzu the next day (Sunday) and called them. The owner Eric Gagne received my call and said will be there in few. He was there in 30 mins. Found the issue and got it fixed in less than an hour. Excellent owner and company and very personable. Can't imagine living without A/c during hot summer. Highly recommend them. Highly recommend this company. They were very quick to respond with same day service and called before coming. Tech was very knowledge about the system and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. He was not in a rush like some of the big companies. Unfortunately for me Freon is expensive so overall my out of pocket was high. However, their service fee is much lower then big name brands and the tech was very helpful in providing tips for preserving the system.
We are having a graduation party today for my son. Our AC went out Saturday and we are expecting a house full. I called and was greeted by a sweet voice on the other end. I was told even though it was Saturday that they would do what ever was required to allow for my sons High School graduation party to go off with out a hitch. As proimised our air is now running.. I will NOT use anyone else and will let everyone that I know about this fabulous business. Thank you for your help.
I called Gagne AC and got their office Mgr who scheduled my call. I was expecting that I would be told that I would have to wait since it is now hot, surpisingly I was told they had an opening in 2 hours. As promised Eric, one of the owners showed up and fixed my problem. Not only were they professional but their pricing was fair. I will recommend this business to all my family & friends. KUDOS!
I have had the pleasure of relying on this company twice, and in both instances have had nothing but quick, courteous and top-notch service. Greg has been the one onsite each time. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and methodical. I am grateful that they are an available resource for heating and air conditioning services in my area. My AC went out at ten o'clock Friday night, and he was there the next morning by nine.
I made an appointment for a service call to my home and another for a rental property I own. This clown outfit never shows up or calls, when I called him after waiting for over an hour, they have no record of it. Maybe they should hire someone who knows how to make and keep appointments. When your customers waste their time waiting for people that don’t know how to run a business, they won’t stay customers long. Don’t waste your time calling this company.
This customer has been using our services since 2012 and has been quite pleased with us in the past. I personally spoke with the customer and scheduled the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for Monday June 3rd and not today May 30th. I apologize for any confusion and would like to offer free service at both locations as an attempt at resolving this confusion. I contacted several HVAC vendors, one being Gagne Heating and AC as I needed to replace our 20 year old HVAC system. When I called Gagne Heating and AC, I spoke with Eric Gagne who is one of the owners. He spent a few minutes on the phone asking some questions and then told me he can be over at 7:00 pm that night. I was skeptical as anytime I have used AC contractors in the past you need to pad 2 hours. Well all I can say not only did Eric make his time, he was actually several minutes early. He spent over an hour with my wife and me walking through all the options. When we asked him about other vendors, he never once had anything bad to say about them. He got back to us that night with a written quote on all of the options he presented to us. We selected him over the several companies I called. I received a call from Eric’s brother Jeff the next day to schedule the install. I was shocked when Jeff was part of the team that came out for the install. You have to love when the company owners are performing the work with their crew. The system was installed that day and it was awesome. Eric followed up the next day in person to insure that my wife and I were satisfied. All I can say is wow; it is refreshing to have selected a company that truly cares about quality and service. BTW it’s been 6 months and I am still waiting for the “Reliable” company to actually show up for their appointment and to get a call back from another “Cool” company who advertises on the radio!
