Definitely outstanding service, correct a motor problem within a few minutes based on technicians outstanding expertise. Went beyond the call of duty also by re-lubricated rails, ensuring alignment of garage door, WD40'd wheel based area's. Cleaned sensor lights, and ensure all remotes worked great, and even setup a difficult off the wall remote garage door keypad. I had another company come up a day earlier, and wanted to charge easily $1,000 more for all kinds of replacements. GDE only charged me $99.00 for maintenance. They're great. Highly recommend them to family, friends, neighbors, & work mates. Awesome Service all round. Tip kindly...

Initially we had some problems with install. However,they bent over backwards to make it right. They even threw in a freebie for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company. GOOD JOB GDE!

We have been using this company since the 1970's. Recently we designed a very beautiful and stunning garage door. The sales representative and installers were excellent. We are 100% happy.

I realize you are a small business and can't warranty these things forever, and I appreciate your flexibility. GDE installed our present garage door and opening system. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the hardware as well as the appearance. They have responded promptly and expertly with our requests for periodic preventive maintenance tune-ups. On an out of warranty need for repair, they responded promptly, and had it up and running, with a minimum charge. The people on the phone, as well as the technicians who show up to do the work, are all efficient, polite, pleasant, competent, and represent the company in a superb manner. They are reasonable and worth every penny in spades!! I recommend them without reservation to friends, family, and anyone else in need of a new garage door, or repair of an old system. I am 80 years old, and have dealt with service people all across the country for years. These people are among the very best, in my experience.

We have had occasion to use this company twice since the initial installation, once in 2005 and again this past month. The jump in cost was unexpected and unpleasant to say the least. When I called to inquire I was told, "Prices have gone up!" I replied "Well, I won't be using you again." Today I received a thank you card, a refund check for the difference between what we paid in 2005 and what we paid this last visit, and a personal note from the owner asking that we consider continuing on as customers. Who does that these days? Mr. Dapcevic earned our loyalty and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone. Thank you Sir!

My neighbor is a contractor. He noted that my garage door was quite loud and was probably in need of a tune-up. He recommended Garage Door Enterprises, Inc. He's used them for years on all of his jobs. I can see why. The girl who answered the phone (Flor) was cheerful and informative. The service technician that came to my house (Otto) was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after the job. The price was reasonable: $89 for the tune-up. The next day the service manager (Lily) called to make sure I was content with the service. My door is working better than ever and it's quiet now, much to my neighbor's delight. I was impressed by how happy, nice and knowledgeable everyone is at this company. I will gladly recommend Garage Door Enterprises, Inc. to everyone I know.

This company came out to my townhouse and did a really good job. They were able to order the part that was needed and installed it the next day. I would definitely recommend this company. Price was fair, completely comparable to other companies, but service was really the best, espcially Jorge.

These people came to look at my garage and when they quoted me an outragious price I decided not to go with them. They said the insurance would cover my other garage door because I have a 3 car garage and when they came to fix it they were un prepared with parts. So they said they would come the next day and never showed up. I called and they said my insurance will not cover and quoted me another outragious price.I Told them I do not ever need there services again.

I am very troubled by this complaint. Upon reading this review, I researched our recent records and could not find a service call that matched up with this claim. I am a single mother that cannot afford to miss work so when my garage door started acting funny and sounding louder than usual, I thought I'd better have it serviced before it broke. The first garage door company that came out quoted me $490 to fix it. Luckily, the second company I called was as honest as they were knowledgeable. Otto at Garage Door Enterprises,Inc. could not have been nicer. He explained why only a basic service was needed. $79 later my door was fixed. Customer Service isn't extinct after all! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Garage Door Enterprises, Inc.

when i went looking for a contemporary garage door, i went to the best in town - garage door enterprises... the work was perfect, on time, fair price -- and came with continuing service when i had a problem ( not of their making - it was a result of our homeland security department ::)) a terrific experience -- i would recommend mick and his gang without hesitation. sincerely, nrs

GDE did a great job but: AHS said they would call - they didn't call - I called them to schedule an appt. The appt was for 9-11 am........rep showed up at 3pm. I called twice and was told he was going to be a LITTLE late. I don't call 4 hours a LITTLE late

I just hired a marketing director. She brought this review to my attention. I hadn't seen it before. Last spring I went through a rough patch with a few new employees. in June, I replaced the scheduler and two service techs.
