Highly recommend Mryna Lovell-Jones. Upon beginning of massage, she prepares you with three long breath inhaling a relaxing lavender oil and then a hour of intense work from head-to-toe from neck to... legs and then ends the session cradling your head with a wonderful neck massage--I believe it is her unique trademark. I have a sore hand from using a computer mouse and now after several session it feels amazing. At the end Mryna, gives you an extra few minutes to relax before you join her back in the waiting room where she has ready a glass of cold water lightly flavored in fresh cucumber and mint. The entire experience was great. I truly feel better than I have in a very long time. I'm more relaxed than I have been in months. Thank youVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Garden View Massage is the best massage in the Atlanta area. I have been going regularly for years, and I can testify that it has done wonders for my health and comfort. Michael Hendrix is top flight professional. I had not tried neuromuscular therapy prior to meeting Michael, and I am completely won over. The premises are always clean and comfortable. I recommend this business to everyone!
I have been getting regular massages at Garden View Massage for almost two years now to alleviate chronic back and neck pain. The therapists are well trained in a variety of massage therapy styles including neuromuscular, Thai, Swedish, prenatal, and others. The service that I receive is off the scale good, every single time. I know the owner Michael Hendrix and his rigorous standards for excellent therapists and can say without question that he would never hire an unqualified therapist. Michael is highly committed to excellent customer service and it shows in every single interaction I have had with him and his staff. He is always outgoing and friendly and sure to give you a hug. The staff, too, are outgoing and friendly and encourage you to communicate your needs during the session. The place is extremely clean, and that includes the sheets used for the massage tables. To be clear, this is a CLINICAL setting, not a spa. The therapists are there to help you work on ongoing issues. Sometimes you can hear noise from the hall or street, or from the other therapists, but the noise barely registers. The reduced rate clinic, where a room is shared (but divided with high privacy walls) is a great option for those with a limited budget, and ensures you get a great private massage at an affordable price. If you have chronic pain and need relief, RUN, don't walk to Garden View Massage!
We've gone to Michael (the owner)for years and have always been very happy with our experience. We've also used several of the therapists in the Reduced Rate Clinic and been very happy with them as well. It's not a "spa" experience, but if you want a real massage that works out the kinks this is the place for you.
A person is entitled to his/her own opinion, but not his/her own facts. With regards to the previous review: This review is an inaccurate statement of facts. We strive for great customer service at all times. This client was unhappy that she booked a clinical massage, which is advertised as being entirely different than a more spa like experience. As a result, we did not charge her for the massage, and she still has the $75 card to which she refers.. She had a lawyer contact us about the $75 card, which she still has in her possession. Given that lawyers are involved we are unable to comment further. We trust that our abundance of great reviews will speak for us. Any statement made regarding the qualifications of massage therapists at Garden View Massage are a complete defamation.
I was given a gift card for a prenatal massage. Not only was the therapist not qualified for prenatal massage, but the sheets and pillows were dirty and stained, the noise from the hallway was unbearable and someone walked into the room while I was lying naked on the table receiving my massage. The owner, Micheal Hendrix has been rude, defensive and refuses to even discuss the matter with me. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

I went to Bonnie after years of chronic pain forced me to quit playing guitar. I tried lots of different treatments, but nothing worked. In just a few visits Bonnie had me playing again pain free! I continue to see Bonnie on a regular basis. She is a very gifted healer. Highly recommended.

Bonnie Bellinger did for me what a steady stream of medical professionals, all tops in their field, could not, which was to bring me relief from an intense, chronic pain and numbness in my right arm and hand. I had seen my physician who referred me to a top hand specialist who sent me to an O.T. at a leading Atlanta hospital followed up by a visit to a painfully thorough neurologist and capped off by a trip to my wife's chiropractor, none of whom did anything to help my suffering or even offer a clue as to its cause. After one session with Bonnie I felt instant relief. She recognized instantly that the problem was not in my arm and hand but related instead to the vertebrae in my neck. And in only a few more sessions I was completely free from the torment which had plagued me for months. Bonnie is truly gifted, with a magic touch that is backed up by a deep understanding of the complex and subtle architecture of the human body. She works wonders!

Garden View Massage provides the cheapest massage discounts I have found in the Atlanta area. I could not believe how inexpensive, but excellent, this massage really was. I became a member of the reduced rate clinic, and now I am paying just $55 an hour for sessions. What a massage bargain. I love Garden View!

Garden View and its present and future clientele are very fortunate to have Bonnie Bellinger on staff. I have known Bonnie for seven years and have had several massages from her during that time. Her skilled hands and excellent intuition take her to the appropriate trigger points and relief always results. In addition to her clinical skills, she is a kind and caring individual and that comes through during her treatment of the whole person, not just the body. Bonnie has been and is a blessing in my life!

I have seen Michael for almost 2 years after I broke a leg. Great service and individualized attention. I had to re-learn how to walk after breaking my leg, and getting the clinical massages to release the frozen leg muscles was a godsend! Take Michael's advice and do the dead sea salt bath at home afterwards - it takes away some of the soreness from the massage and you feel so much better afterwards! Michael also carries the biggest selection of Rubber Duckies I've ever seen! They are in camo and in Halloween costumes, and are so cute.

Garden View Massage has been the best massage in Atlanta according to many sources, and it's cheap with their Reduced-Rate clinic. A 1 year membership for less than $100 gets you unlimited massage at just $55 an hour. Unbelievable price for massage in Atlanta.

I am a GA certified massage therapist. Recently, I scheduled a massage chair rental with Garden View Massage in the Atlanta suburb of Decatur. It was quick and easy (did it all online), and Michael was helpful and professional. I highly recommend Garden View for equipment rental.
