I ordered a glass top to protect my dining room table - the product is just what I was looking for - however, the owner treated me like a complete idiot and I am still shocked at the terrible customer service. I went to pick up the glass in my mini-van with my three young children in the car, thinking that we could slide it in between the seats wrapped in blankets. The owner thought this would be unsafe and refused to load it. He had a valid point I hadn't thought of and I was completely open to discussing my alternatives. HOWEVER, he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes and had an extremely condescending attitude to the point that he just stormed off, leaving me standing in the parking lot alone and wouldn't even tell me to his face that he wouldn't load the glass (he let his receptionist do it). Crazy, upsetting experience.

It was not my intention to be abrupt, but the customer asked us to load the glass in a way that would endanger her children. I could not in good conscience load the glass in a way that would fall over against a car seat and possibly envelope the child; and was amazed that the customer was willing to do so.
As a commercial and residential builder for the past 11 years, I have known and worked with Greg Garmon and his associates for all of them. From our very first conversations, the owners and their team showed me respect and consideration for my business. They have always explained procedures and applications thoroughly, so that I could understand. They work diligently and effectively towards figuring out the cause of any problems, and they show us how to correct those problems with ease. They show competence by keeping me well informed of their schedule, so that I can anticipate an accurate timeline when I would be able to correspond. Even during the most challenging projects, they have always showed the most professionalism. In a very efficient amount of time, the company's work is complete and above the industry standard. I highly recommend Garmon Glass & Mirror as your provider for all glass products, shower doors, mirrors, shutters, screens and hardware of choice, and would be happy to discuss any specific questions one might have regarding their capabilities. Garmon Glass & Mirror has reassured my confidence in the American company, that there are professionals still among us. I will always have loyalty and hopes in doing more business in the future with Garmon Glass & Mirror.

I needed a fairly large piece of glass cut to fit the door of a bookcase. The glass was cut exactly to my measurements and was ready as promised. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We needed a large frameless shower door for our new bathroom. The team at Garmon glass provided us with excellent service and craftsmanship. We are very happy with the final product, and the personalized service we received during the entire process.

Came in to buy glass for new cabinets. We chose the glue finish and the clerk (Ashly) said it only comes in 1/8 inch. I had to check with installer and he said ok to that size and I called and confirmed the order. Picked up the order and it was the wrong pattern. Even though it was the companies mistake they refused to redo the order and charged me 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.
