These guys are friendly and honest. The dealership wanted almost twice what I paid. It's nice to know there are people like those at Gary's still left in this crooked world. I WILL recommend them to all of my friends.

After years of taking my car to the dealership and being overcharged, a friend told me about Gary's. The team at Gary's delivers quality service at reasonable prices--often telling me I don't need a service another mechanic told I had to have! Additionally, they take the time to explain the problem to me and how to prevent future ones. The team is courteous and goes the extra mile with customers. Thank you, Gary's Performance for being experts in your field and caring about the customer! Jean H., Roswell, GA

We are the owners of four Toyota Camrys and have had a business relationship with Gary's for probably 15 - 18 years. Because we feel the company and its employees are honest, accommodating and reliable, and because we feel the quality of repairs meets above standard expectations, we will continue to take our Camrys and any future cars to Gary's. We have recommended Gary's to our friends, family and coworkers in the past and will continue to do so.

Since Gary no longer owns Gary's it seems their attitude and prices have changed. They use the "job book" to charge you instead of time and materials and the result is very expensive. After using them for more than 10 years, I'm going to find a place with more reasonable prices.

They quoted me one price over the phone and then doubled the price when I got there. A very rude gentleman walks out, pops my trunk and says it's going to be a lot more than I was told. What a rip off! I will never go there again and I will let everyone in my office know what happened.

The Isuzu I drive was completely overhauled by one of their mechanics and it drives like a new car now! I also had a domestic car that needed repairs and they also handled that well. Superb mechanics! I would never go anywhere else because the work is good and they are very honest.

I discovered Gary's 18 years ago when I first moved to Alpharetta. Recently, at the height of summer, on a 90+ degree day, my AC went out. I got an appointment with Gary the next day and he had it fixed in a matter of hours.

The front bumper of my Accord fell off on a Friday and needed to be repaired immediately. A few phone calls later, I decided to bring it to a dealer thinking 3-5 days of a $800 repair. Called Gary's on a referral Monday morning and after lunchtime, I was driving my car home looking like nothing had happened and only cost 1/8 of the est. price. Call this place first before anything else! A++++++++++++to you guys!

I first heard about Gary through a co-worker about ten years ago. I've been taking my cars to him ever since, and can't recommend him highly enough. I'm one of those people who keeps their car until it's at least ten years old, so it's important to me to have a mechanic who can keep them running great without ripping me off. Gary is the kind of guy who will tell you that he can replace so-and-so for this much, but a less expensive option is to do so-and-so. He never compromises safety, but if there's something wrong with your car that isn't going to harm anything, he isn't going to charge you hundreds of dollars to fix it unless you really just want him to. A mechanic who you can REALLY trust is worth his weight in gold, and Gary is that kind of mechanic!

We were told that my husbands car need a lot of repairs. I took it to Gary's and he was so honest and said that we only needed a new timing belt. He saved us a lot of money. I will only use Gary's from now on.
