Larry did an awesome job in testing and making sure that the Radon levels in our home were safe to live. He also took the time to point out a couple of things that our original home inspector did not catch and he even helped us find a contractor that has rectified the problem for us. Very detailed and informative inspection. Larry also recommended the radon testing, which turned out to be a good thing for us. The level of radon was above acceptable levels and the seller agreed to bear the cost of mitigation. Thanks Larry!
