I tried Gaudin Ford Service and I compared them to Ford Country Service in Las Vegas . I will choose Ford Country Service for my future repairs and pass on using Gaudin Ford. Gaudin Ford $ervice has higher pricing than Ford Country Service.. For example, to inspect my seat belt for repair , Gaudin charged me $60 inspection fee. Ford Country charged me $ZERO for the same inspection. I spent $2000 for my repair work at Gaudin, yet they wanted to charge me $60 to inspect my seat belt? No thank you, Gaudin Ford Service.... I will not be coming back in the future when my cars need repair. Bruce Redden

Long story short: our car broke down on a road trip and I took it to Gaudin. The rep was rude, the service was delayed several times and took 9 days (I had to keep rescheduling my flight), when I got my car it was filthy, and after getting it home, found tree branches and debris under the hood, and a dent in the hood that could only have come from it being slammed on something left inside the engine compartment. All attempts to get them to help cover repairs have failed - they want me to drive it back (almost 1000 mile round trip) for 'evaluation'. AVOID GAUDIN AT ALL COSTS!

This applies to the service department only. I had a fuse blow while driving my daughter's car and couldn't find the fuse box. I stopped in the service department to ask if they could either change the fuse or if they were busy, show me where it was. They said they could take care of it. They replaced the fuse, charged me a staggering $125.00, took 90 minutes, and then after I was done, it took 15 minutes for them to bring my car up front. When I asked why it was taking so long to get the car, they just shrugged. No one seemed to care much. On the plus side, they have a great waiting room with a big screen TV.

I had my car serviced at Gaudin and they wanted to send me out the door with only 2 lug nuts on my front wheel drive car. When I pointed this out to the service manager he told me they did not care about the hazard this created for me and others on the road. They refused to do anything until I walked on to the show room floor and started telling everyone not to buy cars there because their service department would get them killed. I cost them at least one sale that day and hope to cost them more. I am waiting to hear back from the regional service manager.

I had taken my 2003 van in for service at Country Ford. And tired to rip me off. Ford Motor co. told me to go to Gaudin Ford after I called them. these guy's did what I needed done an oil change and rotated the tires and did a free brake inspection.And they did in an 1 1/2 hrs.Just like they said they would.An the price was just what they said it would be no Surprizes.

I have proof that Gaudin's service department has put used car parts in my car and a car belonging to a friend of mine as well. The parts were all bad and they were paid to put in new parts. After showing them proof on camera, management decided to rectify the situation by cursing like a sailor at me and threatening me with bodily harm! I called the police but it was my word against theirs so the police told me to fill out a police report. I have a civil suit pending against them. I hope noone ever has to go through what happened to me.

Words can not truly express how unreliable and unprofessional the shop is. I had my car in for repairs after a collision, and was brought to tears by the work that took them 4 + weeks to do. There were obvious mistakes to the exhaust pipe and so on, and they made no attempt to correct them.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Gaudin Ford and the experience has been excellent every time. The sales folks are friendly and helpful and i have gotten some excellent deals. I have purchased 2 Mustangs, Ranger and now an Explorer which have all been great vehicles. Never had any problems with any of them. They also do a good job in the service dept. I highly recommend Gaudin as an excellent place to purchase a vehicle.

I brought my Taurus in for repair last week. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had taken my car to 3 repair shops for a check engine light earlier and it was never fixed. Gaudin fixed it within 6 hours of my dropoff for 200.00. I spent over 600 dollars at the other shops for parts I didnt need.

This dealership did an excellent job in repairing a minor dent and scraped paint. The job was performed in a timely manner and the staff was very professional. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

When it was time to buy a new vehicle we went to a few Ford dealerships. We finally found what we were looking for at Gaudin. Mike is more than happy to assist at any time with any issue. Of coarse the service department is another matter, hope you have alot of time on your hands.
