I realize Geek Squad (part of Best Buy) is a huge company and could care less about little old me. But do they have to be so cruel and obvious about it? They installed an XM radio is my house, with an external antennae. It stopped working within a month. I reported the problem, and even though the work came with a year warranty they dragged their feet coming back out to fix it. Finally got them out there, after 3 months of calling to compalin, etc. The guy said the antennae went bad & I'd have to take that up with the product manufacturer. Keep in mind I bought the whole system from Best Buy. When the replacement antennae came from the manufacturer they charged me an additional $160 to put it up. They really suck, bottom line. Use your local computer/installation person. At least they could care if your problem isn't solved and will hopefully help you out, not just keep you waiting months only to charge you more to fix your problem.
