I took my computer to Best Buy to get a password reset after they reset the password my computer started shutting off. I took my computer back to find out why it was shutting off & they said they didn't know why it was doing it & they need to send it out for an additional fee mind you I paid for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong. I took the computer to Computer & More right by Best Buys & they took a few days & told me I need a new computer for the price it would cost to repair I might as well buy another one. Geek Squad could have told me that & I feel that they were dishonest with me so the can make additional money for additional diagnose.
