My tenant called to say the AC was out. I called another company that preformed over $500.00 in repairs before they told me the compressor was shot. Of course they would credit that towards a new system. A friend recommended that I call George Brazil for a second quote. I am glad I did. From their manager to marketing, to the installers on the job I was treated in a professional, friendly, manner. Their price was very reasonable and switching to George Brazil was still less than the other company; even factoring in having to pay off the repair to the old system made by the first company. From my first call to completion of the installation the whole process was done within 24 hours and the job was done right. My tenant was especially pleased that his family would not have another sleepless night without AC. In the future I know who I am going to call first.

I have used George Brazil's services for years for my AC. I have a home warranty, but after having too many service calls and "fixes" by some random AC company, just to fail again, I only use George Brazil. Michelle J. was thorough and personable which is important to me when inviting someone into my home.

Our first experience with George Brazil was great. The plumber they sent did such a good job we had them install a comprehensive water filtration system that cost over $5k and we paid to be part of their service program. Whenever we had any issues or items that needed repairs we requested the same plumber. Over time we noticed they would call, often last minute, and try to send us another "technician". We always refused and rescheduled. Recently we were having tile work done and along with replacing some old valves we said we would need to have the filtration system moved temporarily so tile could be installed. They guaranteed we would have or regular plumber only to change on us the day before. Because our tile installer had already planned to work around our schedule we no other choice, but to take the technician they wanted to send in place of our regular guy. The guy turned out to be a real jerk to my wife and trash talked to our tile guy who was ready to kick his tail. Then he told my wife the cost to move the water filtration tank would be $325. My wife questioned this charge and acting like he was doing her a huge favor he agreed to do it for $285. Because my wife didn't know what this would entail she agreed. She then watched him unscrew the three plastic bolts and slide the canister about 4 feet. He then went and did the other work we had requested ($300 more, but at least it took a little time) while our tile guy quickly lai

My AC won't run. George Brazil sent a grumpy tech. He said the motor and wheel need to be replaced. I paid $1200 for both. After he left, my house's temp goes to 93 degree. Called him back, he said I lost all my Freon. (not sure why suddenly there is a leak now). After he added 6 lbs and left. And he tried to sell me a new unit for $10k (twice of the market price). My house went back to 93 degree again. Called another company and got a new unit. And found out the motor George Brazil put in was an OLD one!!!!. Crook, Crook!!!!

I have used George Brazil multiple times. They have always been very helpful and reliable. They were able to get Ralph out to house to replace the hot water heater on very short notice. He very efficiently removed the old water heater, installed the new one and cleaned up so we could get to a football game. Ralph has done an excellent job of taking care of all the plumbing issues at our house. He is very pleasant and tolerant of dogs and children. I strong recommend this company and employee!

Did a maintenence checkup and said I needed a new condensing fan for $800. Called other businesses and most were alot less. Called magic ac and heat and got it for half that price. twice the price is crazy for them to charge that much.

CROOKS, they bait you by telling you on the phone that there is a $59.95 service charge if they don't do the work. This $59.95 service charge is much cheaper than other companies which average $150.00. My hot water heater was still under warrantee for parts but they would not honor the warrantee because they did not install the hot water tank. The tech changed the Thermal Couple. As I was writing the check for $209.03, the pilot went out. (A thermal couple costs about $12.00) The tech then said it was the gas valve and it would cost $545.00. I said that I would contact the mfg., as the part is still under warrantee. I paid $63.38, including tax, for the service call. The tech left the new Thermal Couple on. Of course, it only cost him 12 bucks!! I then called the mfg. A Gas valve costs $103. I called two other companies that the mfg. recommended. Each will charge $150 to come out and replace the gas valve with the new gas valve that the mfg. is sending me at no charge. Don't let them fool you with their advertisements and fancy white uniforms. They look pure and honest but are crooks!!! Their prices are more than double the going rate. I called a plumber that my friend recommended. He put on the new gas valve and charged me $60.00. George Brazil wanted $545.00.

I will never use George Brazil again. The technicians are incompetent, the customer service representatives are rude, and their VIP service is a rip-off. Over-priced, under-valued. Do not get talked into their "VIP" program, ultimately, when you realize that it does no good, you will owe more money than you spent to stop it, and will be stuck using them, or will have them cancel your plan...

Beware of GB. The unethical business practices. Their sales person, Joe Kennedy was more of a pushy closer than a knowledgeable professional. I didn't sign the contract until he added the details that he promised me verbally. Then, after I signed he called back later and said it would be $2000 more. They are just throwing Used car salesmen out there to reel in the business with lies. I am lucky they didn't tear up my house before they asked for more money. They electrician called 2 days later to schedule the tear out. Their ads lie. I never received a call back from qualifying party, Daryl Bingham, or from owner, Corey Holeman. Don't waste your time having them quote your job. They don't communicate between departments or their customers.

I've used George Brazil for many years for all the services that they provide. Shame on me for thinking I'd get the same service with the remodel division. Stay away! From the very beginning, I had nothing but problems, but my trust in "George" clouded my bad business radar. I was lied to more than once. I rearranged my schedule often to be there to accommodate their needs, only to find myself getting a phone call 4 hours later with an excuse instead of an apology. The worst part was when I'd had enough and tried to call "the boss". Aaron was a joke and offered not even an apology for the horrible service and lack of integrity and it left me so angry I was shaking. One word--HORRIBLE
