Avoid this company at all costs. They don't repair the lawnmowers adequately, they hang up on you when you call to ask if it's done, they are defensive when you question their work. With me, they called and said it was done. Turned out, it wasn't done at all - wasting my time and effort. No apology. Just defensiveness. Terrible company - avoid at all costs. The worst customer service I've ever seen. A trashy place with trashy employees.

Phone and front desk personnel have the customer skills of a shrew. Abrupt and everything is the customers fault. My blower wouldn't start and was less than 3 months old. First question over the phone-What did you do to it? Went in anyway and found out they were on a cruise next week said it would have been nice to know that when I called. I was asked if I had asked that question when I called!!! When is it the customers job to ask when a business is on vacation?

Phone and front desk people have the customer service skills of a shrew.1ST question asked me on the phone was "What had I done to the it?."The blower was under 3 months old yet it was my fault. Went in anyway and found out they were on a cruise the next week. Commented it would have been nice to know that when I called. Response was Did I ask? Since when is it the customers job to know when a business is open or closed? Especially since I asked what their hours were when I was on the phone!!!

For starters they had my power washer for well over a month after I was promised it would be done in a week and when it was finally completed I went to pick up washer and the hose was missing after arguing with me for about 15 minutes that they didnt take it off one of their workers come out and said he had the hose after the manager and supervisors all called me a liar and accused me of trying to get a free hose. When I got the washer home and tried to start it the same problem it had over a month ago it still had needless to say I refused to take it back to Georges after their horrible customer service and it probably would have taken them 6 months this time to supposedly fix it. I took it to the lawnmower shop in spring valley and had it back in 3 days.

They had my Poulan Chainsaw for over 6 months. When I called to see if I could come pick it up they said that it had not been fixed yet (Friday morning) and would not be able to be worked on until Monday at the earliest. When I sugested that they move it up on their priority list the representative shouted that she would not take her mechanic off of his current project to fix a chainsaw. I would suggest that if customer service is a priority for you that you go to a different company.
