Never, Never, Never use their on line quoting system. It's OK for a general idea but make them come to your house to give you a quote. They advertise that they are guaranteed the lowest cost, but by the time they got done with the add ons they were the highest by far. 1 add on was my fault but not the rest. The job needed to be done for a house closing or I would have sent them home. When completed the job was good but I had to follow them from room to room for 4 days to keep them from damaging walls that could not be repaired in time for my closing. It was also difficult because their rep spoken very little English and was very uncooperative. Over all a very bad experience

To start, My Tech guy was Ivo (Pronounced Evo) He did an amazing job, was super nice, and worked his butt off. I have no issues with the service I received from my Technician. My problem was the In office staff. Kellen was the office guy I worked with and he was very slow to repond to e-mails, and even voicemails as this was a time sensitive issue. I had just closed on a house doing an FHA Loan, and the work had to be completed within 10 days of closing. After not hearing back for my July 3rd appointment confirmation I was concerned they were even going to show up. I eventually got confirmation a few days before and I was at ease. Until I found out the day of the Appt they only sent 1 Technician. Ivo said he was supposed to have help but they needed someone for a Home Depot Job. I was told it would take 2-3 days at most by Kellen. They sent ONE GUY for a 3 story, 4,100 Sq ft house with 16 fixtures to be replaced. Ivo came in on time every day right at 8 and worked all day, never left for lunch, wasnt sitting around at all. He busted his butt to get it done. It took him 4 days and took up both mine and his whole 4th of July weekend, but for being by himself he did a fantastic Job. He went above and beyond to do quality work on the pipes, and even the patching/painting of the walls after completed. You cant even tell that they had cut into the walls or ceiling. So all in all, the customer service in office was horrible, but my Tech went above and beyond.

I bought a water heater from Home Depot and got them to install it for roughly $350. When the plumber showed up, he told me that the expansion tank was too small and needed to be replaced. I called him out on that one so he went outside to talk to his dispatcher. While the bulgarian guy was outside, I ran the numbers on the expansion tank's manufacturers website and sure enough, the expansion tank was the correct tank for this application. Just to entertain their scam, I went on the Home Depot website and found a tank with twice the capacity of the one I had for roughly $50. Changing an expansion tank takes less than ten minutes, upon draining the system, which you had to do anyways to replace the heater, you screw it off and screw it back on, like a lightbulb. There are a couple of small steps inbetween, but ten minutes, tops! The bulgairan comes back and tells me that to replace the tank, it would cost roughly $260.00. I asked him what the parts and labor breakdown was, he said that the price is $260. I called his boss and was told that they would not complete the job unless I did this. I asked for the parts and labor breakdown and he refused to tell me. My guess is that their labor rate is well over $1,000/hour. I told the fella to go pound sand and sent his plumber packing.

They replumbed my entire house in March, 2014 and everything was done perfect and still working great. The entire job was completed in one and half days with hardly any mess. They also sent from their other division a plumber to install my new sink and he did a great job . Sherry J.

June 2014 our hot water heater needed to be replaced so we went to Home Depot and set up an appointment through their store. Georgia Delta Mechanical, Inc. in Lawrenceville, Ga is who came out. They came out, installed a new hot water heater & my boyfriend noticed that the installer was using OUR hand truck to move the old & new one & thought no biggie. Well IT'S A BIG DEAL since that very hand truck is GONE. We didn't notice it was missing until a month later when we went to use the hand truck. So I called Georgia Delta Mechanical & explained what happened, I simply asked that our hand truck be returned & it would be all good. The person who answered the phone said they would have a manager call me back, no call back. As a matter of fact I called 3 separate times & each time I was told a manager would return my call. NO ONE ever called me back! Home Depot did actually call us & let us know that Georgia Delta Mechanical had called stating that we were claiming their installer had stolen a dolly. They said all of their installers have dollies on their vehicles so we were lying. We have gone through the whole process & I have talked to everyone in Customer Care & the Sedgwick Claims Company that Home Depot uses & NOTHING! So feel free to use Georgia Delta Mechanical but be aware they will steal your stuff!

I called the plumbing company I've been using for 25 yrs for an estimate on replacing my polybutylene pipes. They said they would do it but that the very best in town to do this work was Delta Mechanical. That was the best referral I've ever received so I hired Delta. They did the most amazing job. Gary promised they would be in and out in 48 hours. They did such a great job cleaning up that you would not have even know they were there. TRUST these people! We were glad we did. D. Crawford

In early October 2013 we had a leak spring up in our master bathroom under the floor slab. After much deliberation we decided to have our house repiped. Delta came in with the best price by far. This made me suspicious, but after researching reviews on multiple sites, it seemed legit. I'm pleased to say that Delta Mechanical completed the job within the time frame specified, did extra work for me (installing a riser for a new shower head, which we agreed upon before work began - it wasn't free, but very reasonable), cut minimal holes in my walls and patched them all perfectly, without a trace. Really high quality work. Tom knows his stuff. He's been doing this for seven years all over the country. He is a hard worker - very diligent, knowledgeable, and professional. Go for it - you won't be disappointed.

Delta not only provided a far better quote for replacing our poly stuff, but they followed that up with high quality work. They came two days sooner than initially promised, finished a day sooner and left no trace that they had ever been there. Our water pressure is better, they put in a new backyard spigot that had been damaged by a prior plumbing company, and fixed a broken tub fixture. I even think they fixed our dishwasher door that was practically touching the floor, just for fun, although I couldn't be sure. All I know is, for the first time in ten years of homeownership, I don't feel like a company took advantage of my ignorance in the home repair department.

After a recent job re-location to South Carolina, we discovered that we must replace polybutylene plumbing in our beloved house in Woodstock, GA before we could sell it. Gary at Georgia Delta Mechanical, Inc. gave me a telephone estimate, a date for install and repair from the install and a letter of transfer to the new Buyer for an Insurance Bond on the work done by their Company. The workers arrived on time, covered up the beige carpet in the house and appliances, got the work done in a very professional and timely matter. MICHAEL and his helper were EXCELLENT! They explained to me as they worked what I needed to do, called the Cherokee Inspector and patiently waited to get the inspection and finalize the work. This entire process, even though a budget surprise to us, was made painless by GA Delta Mechanical. Reviews count to me a Consumer and I give them a 5 STAR Rating for customer satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done, Mary Anne Darrow

After a heart-stopping estmate and description of damage to be done from a different company for a Polybutylene house repiping, talking to Operations Manager, Gary, was such a relief!! He was reassuring and optimistic. Michael and his assistant arrived promptly to work, plotted out their pipe routes quickly and efficiently, causing the least amount of damage possible. Our 2 story house is on a slab and they were ready for the county inspector in 3 days. Michael and his assistant repaired and painted over all the walls so that it looks good as new! The work was thorough, as agreed and price as quoted. Michael and Delta Mechanical turned a greatly dreaded repair into a great relief. Highly recommend them with no reservations!

Came when scheduled. Completed on time and at estimated cost. Michael and his assistant (installers) were professional, efficient and customer-service oriented from start to finish. If I had another house that needed a total pipe replacement I'd have them do it at the drop of a hat.

Paul is very thorough, asking the right questions at the right time. I never felt pressured, but did feel that I was fully informed of my plumbing needs, and the various options available. He did my mainline a few months ago. When I called around for leak repair pricing, I was alarmed by the prices. Coming home from church, I saw a dirty, tired guy (yet still smiling)driving his truck, I asked him his price at the red light...he told me $800 for the ENTIRE MAIN LINE (not just a leak repair!!!)...I asked him how soon he could get to my job...he turned around, and fixed my plumbing right away. I was not even aware what a great deal/great work I got until my neighbors began to comment. They had a bad experience when their yard got trashed, and they spent $2200. Paul is the man...678 900 3313. Love the European accent.

I had GA Delta Mechanical re-plumb my house in December 2012. I delayed this work for several years because I was worried about the cost and disruption required to replace my polybutylene pipe. It's a little expensive and there's simply no getting around that. But, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they re-plumbed my two story, on a slab house. They warned it could take the whole week. They finished their work inside of three days. And, you can't even tell where and how they replaced the old plumbing. Not only did I receive a pipe upgrade, they installed an incoming service pressure regulator which was not part of the original construction. Also, my cut-off valve was buried inside a kitchen cabinet. They relocated this valve to a more accessible location. I had no idea how screwed-up my system was until the Technicians pointed out and corrected these flaws. My system is performing noticeably better and has been providing excellent service for almost six months. Also, my water bill has dramatically decreased. If I had known it was going to be this painless and professionally handled, I would have scheduled the job long ago.

They just repiped my entire house in 2 1/2 days. Honestly, it looks better than before. No more polybutylene concerns, they did everything they said they would do (and more) for the price they quoted (which was the lowest and most complete quote), were very professional and even did a great job repairing and painting the drywall. I am very happy to recommend their work and appreciated their professionalism. Great people to work with!

By replacing leaking water lines we are helping GA to fight the "water wars" with AL and FL. Replacing old energy hogs with new efficient units, we install more water heaters than anyone else in GA . We lead the way in installation of tankless water heaters as well as hot water recirculation systems and low flow fixtures.
