GEORGIA EYE PARTNERS RUINED MY LIFE. I would give 0 stars or Negative stars! These people destroyed my body with their RIDICULOUS surgical procedures. I am not exaggerating or venting random anger, I am a completely sane stable minded person. DON'T BE FOOLED by the other positive reviews here, stating that "they're so friendly" SO WHAT? anyone can act friendly, to be honest. What matters is that you DON'T CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO PATIENTS. HEED THIS WARNING. They permanently altered my eyes with bad laser surgery now I deal with a foreign body sensation in my eye 24/7 365. Imagining having a scratchy prickly eyelash stuck in your eye 24/7, that's what it feels like. I have not been able to hold down a job in over a year. I feel like a vegetable. I'm so angry and upset for what they did to me. I'm only 25 and my eyes are screwed forever now. but no, that's not the end.. like a complete idiot I gave them a second chance and tried a "broadband light" procedure which emits light into the cheeks to help with inflammation in the eyes. it's suppose to help dry eye. At Opal aesthetics (same practice same building) GUESS WHAT friends? Now the skin on my cheeks is permanently altered too, Ridiculously sensitive to the elements, cold wind or sun makes my face get SO RED, along with my face feeling like it's completely over-heating. it is so beyond embarrassing to have not only my face getting red for no reason but feeling crap in my eye every time it moves. I would sue them!

They have an automated "check in" in the lobby where everyone can easily see you typing in your SSN and insurance information. I asked for a more private option, and the lady at the front desk harumphed at me. Foolishly, I went forward with my appointment. I emailed the CEO to complain in the waiting room, and he responded that I could always check in with a check in assistant. When I pointed out to him that I had asked for that *and been told no*, he just said that he will talk to them about it. Well, apparently they hadn't by the time my appointment was over, because as I was checking out, someone else was checking in with their private info on display to the world just 2 feet away from me. Awful customer service.

The doctors here don't perform the exams, the technicions do. I had to come back twice to get a correct perscription. When I needed to order new contacts right away, they transferred me to a voicemail system and my requests were NEVER answered. No one who works here understands the words "emergency", "urgent", or "customer service." Also, be prepaired to wait and wait and wait to be seen.

I made an appointment to have my eyes examined by Dr. Feinberg, but, instead I ended up with some technician with an "attitude." Dr. Feinberg only examined me for about ONE minute after this so-called technician spent what seemed to be an eon with me. I got a technician at an opthamologist`s fee.

Dr. Gabianelli spent all of 5 minutes with me. I spent over 1 hour at his office. I was given an eye glass exam even though I didn't ask for one and then they tried to charge me for it. I went to see him for an eye infection and all he did was try to sell me on LASIK eye surgery. Waste of my time!!!

I really like Dr. Feinberg. He is the only person I have used in this practice. I have heard he does Lasik surgery and has a great reputation for it, but I have not had the surgery yet. I had some eye issues that were hard to define and he was very caring and gentle.
