Signed up with this marketer for the SkyMiles...huge mistake! This company's website and billing practices are a disaster and shockingly, never a disaster in favor of the customer. As an example, their automatic bank draft drafts "on or about" a certain date and by that they mean two days before. This kind of pseudo-accounting fraud is standard practice for GNG. For assuming they worked as any other business in the ecommerce era, I earned a $35 fee. You'd think charging $8.99 a month for customer service, they'd have more than enough profit to update their systems, but it seems they can't be bothered. And good luck if you need to call customer service...I recommend first having a beer or three. Well, congrats GNG on losing my business. Unfortunately for you, there is plenty of competition among natural gas marketers in Georgia, and don't look now, but most have better rates.

Maybe I'm just a Gen Y/Net Generation kid, but I've come to expect more from services cost upwards of $100/mo. I can't log into my account, I can't create a new account, and the customer service hotline can't help/doesn't know anything about technology. Email support is even worse.

They provde nice serice. We never had a problem with them. Every time we called in for a certain issue, it was resolved in a timely and satisfactory fashion. Bills come in fairly accurate, too.

Beware of the variable rate plan. I've been on the same plan for several years and was recently surprised to notice that the price per therm has gone up each of the past two months. It was .889, last month's bill reflected 1.199 and this month's bill shows 1.399. A 60% increase in the middle of a mild winter? Seems that selling less means they just charge more.
