Georgia Power

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I was billed for using their service for a month before my account was established. The burden of proof was on me to show I wasn't living there. Later someone - not a resident - called in a disconnect notice so they shut off my power without checking to see who lived here. Pathetic company.

Georgia Power is a company that everyone needs for the supply of electricity, their customer service is not all that great, but because we need them, we have to deal with their attitudes at times, but the time to get service started is good, but if you have a problem that may arise, it takes them a long time to get your service back on even after you have made the payment.

If you are moving within their range, I found that transferring your account with Georgia Power is quick and easy. Their website was helpful and simple. My service transfered to my new house without any problems.
