Georgia Pressure & Steam Cleaning did a great job pressure washing my sidewalk, driveway and patio. When I called, they gave me a very reasonable price quote, and the clincher was they could be on the job in two days. Their Technician, Keith, arrived on-time and immediately proceeded to perform the work. He was very pleasant and polite and really did an excellent job; taking his time to ensure each area was thoroughly cleaned. The job took about 2 hrs time. I was very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Georgia Pressure & Steam for anyone's pressure cleaning needs.
Area Roswell, GA
Cost Less than $250

I used these people a few years ago. At that time, they came out in a truck with Georgia Pressure & Steam painted on the sided of the truck, and the guy did a professional job. I recently used them again, but this time some subcontractor came out in his own unmarked truck with a beat up little pressure washer. It took him forever to do a lousy job. I would not pay him until he corrected all the spots he missed. Despite his assurances that his washer fluid was environmentally safe for plants, a few days later all our plants were showing heavy damage. Use these people at your own risk.

Guy came out when he was supposed to but wanted to clean the deck in the morning and then seal it after lunch. Really had to argue with him to come back in 2 days to allow adequate drying time. When I asked about putting plastic or some kind of cover over my shrubs so he wouldn't get the sealer on them he assured me it would not harm them - wrong! Kicker is Boortz used to do commercials for them and warn you against "those other guys who show up in a Camaro with a rented pressure washer". Well, this guy was a contractor - not an employee - using a rental machine according to the sticker on the washer but he was in a van rather than a Camaro, so I guess that's different.

I used them to pressure clean my fence and various areas around my house and it turned out great. They were prompt, reviewed the work to be done and confirmed the price before they started. They even did additional spot cleaning at no charge. I would negotiate the rate.

Georgia Pressure and Steam was very competitive in pricing, friendly over the phone, and did a fantastic job cleaning the outside of our house. Would certainly recommend this company to anybody that needs their house cleaned. We had years of mold mildew and dirt on the house, and it all came off.

Georgia Pressure and Steam came to pressure wash my home. At first, I was skeptical. After the pressure washer got done, I was a believer! My house looked really good and now I don't have to repaint it. Thanks!

This company and its people are the real thing! The tech called to let us know that he was on the way and once there walked the property to tell us exactly what he was going to do. He even suggested ways to save money on the pending service! Once he completed the job, he asked us to take a close look at the work to make sure we were happy. You get what you pay for, so if the quote from another is $40 lower, there is a reason. Choose the best and that is Georgia Pressure and Steam. Sorry it sounds like a commercial, but when somebody gets it right, it will sound like one.

My cedar deck was totally discolored and starting to look terrible. Plus I'm sure the integrity of the wood was in question. GPS came out over two days and now it looks brand new. One of the best investments you can make.
