We were looking to renovate our master bathroom. Tom came out as scheduled to give us an estimate, or so we thought. He spent a half hour looking over the project, taking measurements and giving me his ideas for a renovation. Before leaving, Tom stated he would email me an estimate within the next few days. Well that was more than 2 weeks ago and we haven't received so much as a phone call. So...don't bother if you need someone dependable.

A year ago we lost our Car port, well and well house as a result of a car fire. Our insurance agent provided us with a list of companies that could help us out. I called 4 of them. Tom Witts with GPR, was the first one out to visit us the next day. He was very nice reassuring and comforting during a very stressful time for us. He promised if we choose him and GPR they would take good care of us and leave us better off then we were before the fire. We choose GPR are glad we did. Within a day, he had a demolition crew out to clean up the mess, a day later he had a plumber out to replace the well. They had the well back up and running in a few days. Everything Tom promised he delivered on. We also worked closely with Lynda Huff, she was helpful in getting dates and time for work to be completed set up and making sure we always knew who was coming and when they were to be at our house. I would also like to add that since we have little ones, the caliber of the workers was very important to us as well. Everyone that came out were very kind and sweet to my curious children who always wanted to know what was happening. A true test of the quality of a company is the response to a problem after the project is complete. A week ago I discovered we were missing a needed electrical outlet. I called and once again GPR had someone out in a week to complete the work no questions asked. Exceptional work and exceptional customer service. Thank you GPR.

Getting a roof replaced because of hail damage soon turned into a much bigger ordeal. When the insurance agent inspected the roof, he accidentally punched his foot through a rotten spot I didn't know about. Then it started to rain. Hard & long! Hanover Insurance was great about dealing with the resultant water damage, sending out a company called Steamatic. They discovered that leaking in the wall between the bathroom and laundry room had led to some black mold and rotten flooring underneath a large vanity. Some of the siding on the outside wall was also rotting. Hanover recommended a preferred provider, Georgia Property Restoration, who began the reconstruction after everything had been gutted and the roof was replaced by another co. GPR was able to work with the insurance co. to make sure that some reconfiguring of the bathroom space would fall under my coverage. Ephrain & the other workers, who were all bonded employees of the co., always showed up on time and had great attitudes. As with any house work, I recommend being there if you can to make sure they're doing exactly what you want. There was some minor work that needed correcting, but GPR was willing to make that happen. As with any work, I also highly recommend making sure you understand everything on the estimate. We had some confusion about one item being covered, but the customer service VP (Lynda Huff) made sure that it was. I'm very excited about how good these areas look now!!

We had a pipe burst under the slab in our kitchen which caused flooding. Mr. Hewitt was at our home at the time he promised, got the area dried out and arranged for a plumber. GPR handled everything including a beautiful paint and flooring job. I barely had to lift a finger. They were more responsive than my insurance adjuster. Call GPR and you can relax!!

When our home was hit by lightning the resulting fire damage was heartbreaking. Our Insurance Agent recommended GPR and we met with Tom Witts, the company President. Things got easier from that point on. Tom arranged a company to box up our house, put a temporary power pole in our yard to help us with thesalvaging we needed to do. The best was yet to come. The employees of GPR are some of the finest craftsmen we have met since our move to the south. Lynda Huff our customer service representative went over the to; for us. What more can we say. Our house is beautiful and their is no evidence that we ever even had a fire. Georgia Property Restoration is the best in our book.

I recently had GPR at my residence to repair water damage. The job was sloppy, inefficient, and I couldn't trust them. I tried to speak with there customer service and was basicly told to get over it. I would never recommend this company unless it was to clean out my septic tank. There they would feel at home.

It is unfortunate that some competitors would sink to this sort of tactic. This occurrence did NOT happen. GPR has received national recognition for the company's innovative customer service procedures. We, like any company, can make errors. In that instance we would immediately respond to the client and be on site to assess the situation and correct the errors. Trust is a courtesy extended by a homeowner that we hold in the highest regard. In the 13 years that GPR has been in business our honesty has never been questioned. This review is a transparent attempt to discredit GPR. WE will gladly supply references from any of our hundreds of satisifed clients.
