After purchasing a new home, we needed the basement finished. Dave was very knowledgeable, understood what we were looking for, and our budget. We did not get any surprise billing, he was always upfront about any extra charges. The rooms looked even better than I imagined. Dave and his crew are very friendly. We are very pleased with Ga Remodeling.

We hired Georgia Remodeling to complete a lot of work on a house we purchased on short sale that was not completed by the builder. Upstairs it needed flooring, a lot of paint, and other touchups, we also completed the basement. Dave and Steve did a great job with the work and were very responsive to our concerns. They helped else come up with creative solutions to problems that cropped up along the way and we definitely did not feel nickled and dimed and the very small overruns. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend.

From beginning to end, Dave and his team were extremely professional. We hired them to renovate our basement. This included replacing a load bearing wall with a laminate beam, opening up the stairwell, replacing all the cast iron sewer pipes, updating the electrical panel, replacing all the wiring downstairs, framing the rooms, insulating, hanging drywall, installing a drop ceiling, and putting in can lighting.

During the consultation, Dave insisted on getting permits for the job and knew the steps to obtain them. He explained the procedures involved in installing the laminate beam and consulted with a structural engineer to ensure our house maintained its structural integrity.

He worked within our budget and didn’t exceed the quote for the agreed upon work. There were a couple of items that came up that weren’t in the original agreement. A fair price was set for these additional items and everything was documented.

The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly. After the job was done, we noticed a couple things that needed touching up. The crew came back to take care of them and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything.

We would definitely use Georgia Remodeling again.

Working with Dave Frank and his crew was a wonderful experience. His crews are very professional and a delight to be around. They are punctual, polite, and great at their jobs. Dave is a wonderful communicator, and very meticulous. It feels like he's one of the family. We had our master bathroom remodeled and it looks spectacular. We would recommend DH Services and Construction in a heart beat. As a matter of fact, we already have!!
