Not a Good Experience, 10/13/2014

We recently purchased wood blinds for the entire house we purchased. When we met with the sales rep, we explained that our first criteria was that we were looking to find a company who could install... before our big vacation for privacy/security reasons. She/the company agreed to this, but they did not deliver. Not only did they not keep us in the loop and call us like they said they would to confirm the installation date, but they failed to install on the date promised. We ended up calling the company on the date they were supposed to install, but were told they were not ready. They gave us no heads up. They ended up installing almost a week after the date we agreed upon the morning/afternoon we left for vacation (thankfully we left a bit of a buffer). They were in, but only because of our persistence and we re-arranged our plans so that they could come by last-minute (otherwise who knows when it would have happened). They also messed up our order, and both the sales rep and other staff were difficult to get ahold of. They still to this day did not seem apologetic, have not fixed this nor agree that a mistake has been made. We do like the blinds, but it was not worth the headache. They have such poor customer service and do not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I don't recommend at all.
