Big talk, no follow up
Very convincing presentation, quick installation with mistakes, the system does not work as expected (does not work several months a year, water temp. goes down very fast in the tank. At first they tell you that they will work with you and always have a solution if something goes wrong, but when it happens, they let you down, don't return your calls and certainly don't address your concerns.
We are very disappointed with the system and the person handling the customer's issues!!!!!!!!!
