Great Experience!
I just refinanced my house with Georgia Southern. Everything that they told me was correct.They took the time to explain to me the ENTIRE process, unlike the other companies that I called. I got the rate I was promised and the fees that were originally quoted.

Professional By Far
Georgia Southern was the only one that could get my loan done. I had been turned down due to an appraisal issue. I had given up. A friend referred me, so I called and they paid for a new appraisal ( they got the value )and closed my loan on time at the lowest rate and closing cost. Thank you Gerogia Southern Mortgage.

Snakes in the grass
They promised one thing and delivered another. Then they lied about it. Do not believe that the closing costs are $2995 and that they can get you a better rate. I went with them, because they gave me a better rate, but the day before closing, they called to say there had been a rate hike and the fact that we were locked in didn't matter. I know they lied, because the original paperwork sent from the lender has the same payment as the day of closing, which supposedly included the rate hike. stay away. they are unprofessional and liars.

Fantastic!
Jeff and Amanda were great to work with! I just closed on a foreclosed house in Gwinnett County as Jeff/Amanda were a huge help with overcoming the many hurdles associated with a foreclosed home. I shopped around and found that GA Southern had not only the lowest rates, but also the lowest closing costs as Jeff was very accurate with what I would need to pay. Great people to work with as I would highly recommend them to anyone.

EASY LOAN
This is by far the easiest loan I have ever gotten.
Jeff was detailed and had the best deal.
Lowest rate and closing cost by far.
I recommended a friend and he closed in a timley manner.
