After reading the reviews here, and seeing their BBB rating, I was extremely wary when my home warranty company sent these folks to fix my furnace. Not only did they show up when they were said they would, Mike the technician was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part immediately, and returned once the part had been received to install it. All of this was covered by the home warranty, so I cannot speak to their value. I only wish that I'd been given more notice as to when they would be able to fix it.

I called on Monday, June 1, 2009 and was told that they were booked and unable to come out to assess the broken condensor fan motor on my unit until Thursday, June 4, between 9 - 1. I waited all morning and called them at 1:05, when they returned from lunch. They said they were running behind and would be there by 3. At 3:30 I called and they said it would be later. I informed them I had waited all day and that I had another appointment in the evening at 5:00 PM. The called at 4:41 and said they were on the way. I gave them the number of the tenant and told them she got home at 6:30 and asked if they could come then. They said yes but did not. They also did not keep the appointment the next day. Tomorrow is the last shot before I call the Better Business Bureau and the Home Warranty Company to have them removed from the list of operators. If they can't even show up when scheduled it makes you wonder why the warranty company continues to use them now. At least it makes me wonder!

We were forced to use this company as they are one of the contractors available through American Home Shield home warranty. The contractor that came to our house from Georgia's Best (what a joke!) was extremely rude and incompetent. He proceeded to make open offer to fix our AC unit if we paid him over and on top of the contracted amount else he told us he will come back when he can - did not do anything at that time (This was on Tuesday). It was 105 degrees so I guess he wanted to exploit the situation. We called up customer service in and Kelly told us that she can't get another person out to till Friday, did not even bother to apologize for the earlier contractor's behavior.I have an 8 month old baby whom we had to drop at someone's home because it was too hot for him to be in the house, Kelly did not take that into consideration and simply said - oh we are booked. I took 1 day off and waited entire day for the technician to come on Friday but he didn't. Later on Kelly called us up and told me that the technician is busy elsewhere and cannot come-out till Saturday. Again, did not even apologize for the fact that the service has been delayed for 1 entire week ! NEVER employ them.
