Car didn't pass emissions. Husband's mechanic wanted $500 without even doing a smoke test. I wanted a second opinion. Gerald's came highly recommended. So glad I learned of Gerald's. The mechanic checked out vehicle, found that it needed ~ $50 part and had me back on the road the next day. I will return here for anything needed in the future!

These folks are very honest, and you can trust that they are going to treat you fairly and not just try to steal your money. They work on a fleet of 20 of our vehicles for our business and they are very dependable and knowledgeable.

Own a 1987 pickup truck and have the mechanical IQ of a ferret. Truck broke down and ended up here. Thought I would need to trade first born and left leg to get work done (seriously-they could have taken advantage big-time). Mechanic came out, told me what needed-charge was: $40 for carburetor repairs. Honest service, quality work. Would go back anytime - .

We went in with a leaking transmission on our 137,000 mile car. I thought we would need a new transmission. Instead, he tightened bolts on the solenoid pack. Then, he added coolent ...as our van was low. That was it...problem, solved. Instead of thousands of dollars, it was around $100. We were so grateful. We highly recommend.

If you're looking for a fancy waiting room with TV and magazines, go somewhere else. If you are looking for quality work at a great price--this is the place to go. I was treated with respect from the time the tow truck picked me up (they were called through AAA) until I left the next day with my car. The staff was friendly and personable, and I was even given a ride home by one of the mechanics. Highly recommend.
