My visit was only short but rates were reasonable for the area. Rates are negotiable. Cons: older facility. Staff was ok, did not go out of there way to be as friendly as some I have visited. Pros: competive rates, Saturday care, late hours through the week. I was not overly impressed but if you are working on a tight budget, it's a place you will want to research more. chk out other daycare reviews by consumerwaste.

My two children started when they were infants and are now school age children! We all LOVE the daycare. The staff is very friendly and they always make you feel welcome! I would recommend this place to anyone with children!!

My son started here as an infant and is now in their Summer Camp program. He loves going to Giggles and has made so many friends there. The staff is very friendly and safety conscious. The office staff always go way beyond to be helpful and the owners are always there to greet us and make us feel welcome and safe. I have referred many friends to this daycare, which they love, and will continue to do so in the future. Kara

My girls love it there! I'm so happy to have a daycare to bring my girls to where I know they are well taken care of and safe. I don't have to worry about them while they are there! It is always clean and the owners really care about my girls!

During the week, this place is WONDERFUL. My daughter had a blast here. But .. Apparently on the weekends, all of the age groups (infants through school-aged) are all together. From what I saw, there was just ONE teacher there and the owner (who apparently did not know what was going on at all when husband picked up daughter). I took her here on a Saturday so I could go to work, and they ended up calling my husband saying she was inconsolable. When he arrived to pick her up, she was IN A CRIB .. SCREAMING AND CRYING .. WATCHING OTHER KIDS PLAY. When I heard this, I was very mad. Now I am not even sure if I want to bring her back because of this incident!

I am so disappointed in this day care. I have used them for several months and it appeared to be a reasonably priced, quality establishment. But it seems that management has gotten sloppy over the past few months. My child has come home several times with scratches and misc. wounds that he received while under Giggles care. Some incidents were documented by their staff but most times, they are unaware of what goes on. Luckily, my child is old enough to tell me exactly what has happened to him. I really question their hygiene practices there. A lot of the children there run around with snotty noses, sharing toys and horse playing with each other. The snot is dried up which indicates that no adult takes the time out to ensure other children's well being. If for no other reason, they should wipe the kids noses because the snot is simply gross! The "teachers" are more like overseers who watch the children watch TV. There doesn't seem to be any structured curriculum. The only thing my child has learned from Giggles is how to protect himself from bullies and how to kiss other girls. He's 3! At any given time, you will see a teachers on duty - several months pregnant, tattoos all across the body, and looking like an off duty stripper. An investigation is currently pending.

My 6 mouth old daughter loves this place. The cost is the best in town, and not beatable! Great people, great location for our family, and great overall experience! They treat our daughter like she is there own, and every day when I pick her up, she is playing and laughing with the other kids. This place is truely a blessing for our family. We will be taking all our future kids there as well!!!

I have had my child enrolled for several months and am currently looking for an alternative place. I believe she is safe at this facility, but I do not believe she is given the opportunities or attention she needs. We have had several instances with infrequent diaper changes leading to severe diaper rash, and dirty faces (runny nose, failure to clean face after meals, etc). I do want to say that I do not fault the center for minor bumps and bruises...these are things that happen to kids when they play. Pros: They are the least expensive around, and upfront and honest with prices. The caregivers seem friendly as well. Cons: Overcrowding. There are just too many kids for teachers. I sincerely believe they frequently exceed the ratios allowed by law. Caregivers never seem relaxed or confident, and I can't blame them when they are juggling too many children at once. The facility itself is under-maintained and in need of several (minor, but still needed) repairs.

Both my 7yo and my 2 yo like going to Giggles. It smells good, the children are well cared for and the price is reasonable. Also offers excellent security and computerized check in for regulars.
