Professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, helpful - all of these words describe Gina Sharma. I am an investor who purchased a house recently and it was a pleasure doing business with Gina. She is extremely knowledgeable about the foreclosure properties in North Fulton, Forsyth and Gwinnett counties and works efficiently with the different parties in a foreclosure process to make sure the sale takes place. Even after the purchase of my rental property, she continues to advise me and make herself available for my questions.

What does one want in a real estate agent - an agent who is knowledgeable, understands the client's needs, understands the market, is available to show homes, can work under pressure and is available at all times - well, you will get all this and more with Gina. We bought a house thru Gina last month and she went above and beyond at every stage. She was professional and extremely well organised, what we liked best was how easy it was to call her on the phone. Since we bought a foreclosure, she helped us thru the negotiations with the bank and was very effecient in setting up inspections, surveys and even had referrals for financing. We give her two thumbs up!!!!
