Will not come again
Very disappointed. The girl server were great however, the young sushi chef was very rude and making rude comments. We came in on 9/17/10 for all you can eat sushi lunch the place was not busy at all, my mother and I placed our first order which we did not receive the full order and then decided to place a second order and the younger chef got irritated and rudely told the server to tell us if we don’t eat this we will be paying extra for the pieces we don’t eat. We were sitting four feet away from him and he was acting like we weren’t even in the room, after this it took 20 minutes to even start our order because he was chit chatting with another guest; in fact my mother asked if we did anything wrong and if they were going to serve us anymore sushi our server ended up having the other older chef had to make our order because the younger one had no intentions to make it. We did eat all our food and we will not be returning back to this location there are for more sushi places in Vegas with better quality of food and service.
Note to business owner don’t advertise all you can eat sushi if you’re going to be rude to your guest when they order a second order.

Don't waste your time or money here.
Check out yelp for a more detailed review.

Food: Unacceptable and possibly spoiled or contaminated.

Service: Offensive and infuriating.

Decor: Very nice actually.

$20 for all you can eat sushi in a place whose only attraction is its decor is not worth it. I can see why it was empty in there.

TRIED SEVERAL THIS IS THEE BEST SUSHI
We look forward every friday for a different sushi all you can eat resturant and we r very sceptical that it must have fresh sushi. We don't care for the buffet style setting. THIS resturant IS HANDS DOWN a MUST TRY! Affordable ALL 5* in every catagory. Tonight is friday and I must say WE
RE ON OUR WAY TO "THE GINZA"rather than try somewhere new!

AWESOME SUSHI! And GREAT $ =D
I was reading the comment the person before me had left and I totally disagree. They have the BEST service out of the other sushi places I've been to. I'm always looking for great (FRESH) sushi and great customer service and Ginza has it. They have all you can eat sushi now and you cannot beat the price and/or quality. The reviewer before me was sooo upset because they couldn't order everything more than once for apps but it's an "all you can eat SUSHI" not, a "buffet". The owner is awesome! He's so funny and has great customer service. Hands down, Ginza is a great sushi restaurant!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD
This service has the worst waitress staff I have ever seen or had in 34 years. We came in at 8pm on Nov8, 2008 and they sat us 3 next to the sushi bar. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to come over and ask for our drink order while the restaurant maybe had 10 people in it. We then began to order and she tells us only 1 app per person per order. " At every other sushi rest you allowed to order as many apps as you want on there all you can eat menu" Anyways we ordered the softshell crab and 2 others, she then told us not to order certain things which I have no clue why and then put our orders in. I had to ask 3 times for Wasabi and Ginger and over the our had to flag her down for water and tea refills. It took 45 minutes for our sushi to come and after we ate it we went to order more and she told us our time was up and had to pay another 25 per person to order again. Then the owner came by and asked how we were, when I told him all of this he went to her, she yelled at him and he went and sat down at the end of the bar with his head down and started drinking.
Then I witnessed her telling a table who told her they got the wrong order that that is what they ordered and if they dont like it ohwell and they still have to pay. When I went to pay the check the man infront of me was told his credit card was bad so he paid cash. I was told the same " there machine wasnt working so they blamed us" I paid cash and left NO TIP.
I will never go back and I hope they close down
