Give N Go Cleaners

I had them alter a very nice pair of pants that I purchased as part of a suit. They cut a hole in the pants and patched it up with super glue and a piece of cloth and charged me full price for the alteration with no mention of the cut.

To date I have been back 3 times and have not been able to speak to the invisible manager Andy who has no last name and apparently cannot be reach via phone. When I went back today the told me that I have to give them the pants for them to reimburse me. As I mentioned, these were purchased as part of a suit. I don't even know if I can replace them. They've got another thing coming if they thing I'm just going to hand them the pants.

I use Give and Go Cleaners often mainly because they're close and convienant to where I live.However, the quality of their service is not always the best. Several times I have picked up my clothes and found there were water marks left over from the dry cleaning Process. They have always made a point to correct the mistakes, but I would like for them to do better on the first try.
