will never step foot in this store again
After placing an order on 05/22, not having rec'd it, calling 4x, not receiving an apology for the delay or updates, I was just told they mailed my item yesterday (after I called today). Not happy, and I will never step foot in this store again.

Great Grooming Experience
My dog loved Candy and she did a great job. My dog requires hand stripping, so that involves a tedious, time consuming process. I understand that sometimes someones day does not always go as planned. You know, children and animals have their own agenda. It is obvious that the previous reviewer was taking his/her recent bankruptcy out on the groomer. Love Candy and the store, they are the BEST !!!

No Bang for Big Bucks
If you're up for a groomer who can't seem to honor your requests, can't show up on time and can't get your pet's grooming completed within a reasonable time or even within 30 minutes of the time promised, then Candy at Glamour Paws is the groomer for you. Cute little shop. Reasonably friendly staff. But the caliber of the grooming and the groomer's service leave too much to be desired.

Deceptive Owner - Be Careful!!!
Owner is not true to his word! They charged me for merchandise they had to order and said it would be available within one week and call once arrived. A month later, no merchandise, no call and owner is never in! Not the type of service expected in Va Highland. Will not return. Should just stick with the "tried and true", N Highland Pet Supply!

excellent grooming experience
Julia was our groomer and she did a great job. She took the time to de-mat the dog then groomed her just as we asked.
