Called three places. Glass America had, by far, the most polite scheduling coordinator. They even price matched (even came in a little under) a competitive bid I received from one of the other providers AFTER I had scheduled with Glass America. With service like that, there's no reason to go anywhere else.

I had an scheduled appt with another company to fix my windshield that went horribly wrong so I called Glass America. I called late on a Friday afternoon and immed. got an appointment for a new windshield the following Monday. I paid what I was quoted, they arrived when they said they would, and they made it so easy for me by coming to my office and putting in the windshield (the other company said they couldn't do it on sight because the windshield was too big). And, as a bonus, the tech (Mike) was friendly, courteous, and quick. I would recommend this company anytime. Thanks Glass America!

I called this company to get a quote on replacing a windshield cracked by a rock. I was prepared to pay out of pocket, since I have a high auto deductible. They informed me that with my insurance I would pay no deductible - and they were right! They came out to my house and replaced the glass in no time at all. They even handled all the details with the insurance company - I paid nothing. Thanks guys!

I used this company to replace the windshield in my vehicle due to road hazard damage. After getting voicemail at two other companies I reached a polite representative at Glass America. They made an appointment for a convenient day and time and gave me the pricing which was reasonable. It was summertime and our schedule was full so I asked them to call me if I was not at home when they arrived. They did just that and even came up to the pool in our community since I was there with the kids. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and would use them again in the future.

Was given a quote over the phone of $250.00 to replace windshield on a 6 pax stretch. When technician saw the vehicle he immediately said that it required a larger glass and would cost $1,000.00 because our glass was 2 inches taller. (he fails to realize that stretches are stretched lenghtwise not vertically). I called another company and with serial numbers verified was given an even lower quote, this other company is used by other limo companies.
