Your service may vary....
I had to have my windshield replaced and chose Glass Doctor because they had been to my place of employment before, a high security, gated compound. A coworker recommended them because they had come a few weeks earlier to replace his windshield and went through our security with no problem. Very simple,anyone needing to enter must sign in and fill out a confidenitality form. We havent had an issue with this, as we have quite a few companies come in to replace windshields and perform other maintenance. The technicians that came today refused to fill out the form, gave the gate guards a hard time, and called me to complain that they had two guys on the clock waiting on me for a simple window replacement and they would leave if I didn't drive my truck outside the gate for them to work on. I ended up having to leave my office, drive outside security, and wait for them to finish with my truck before I could go back inside. While thier work was good, your customer service may vary....
