Glass Doctor

We have used the Glassdoctor for our front window replacement in our home and they have done a great job. We also had a chip fixed in the windshield of our Pacifica. We are pleased with the work they have done and would recommend them to others as well.

Had my rear Envoy hatch glass replaced to the tune of almost $900. 6 weeks later that glass exploded in my face as the hatch was being lowered normally. Glass Doctor's response? Tough luck, we don't warrant tempered glass. No compromise, no investigation into their piece of glass or the installation, just a big ""sorry, sucker"" and all done in a rude, condescending manner. Fortunately, Safelite came out and replaced Glass Doctor of Toledo's faulty glass/install promptly and found some ""shortcuts"" that the Glass Doctor installer took that probably led to the glass failure. Oh, and Safelite was about $250 cheaper to boot. See you in court, Glass Doctor of Toledo. AVOID GLASS DOCTOR'S OF TOLEDO AT ALL COST!
