Fundamentally dishonest.
Seeking a replacement quarter glass for my 1995 Honda Prelude, I called several merchants, all of which quoted me in the neighborhood of $240, and they would come to me. Glass Plus' Bobbi quoted me a price of $200 plus tax, if I came to them. Sounds good, I thought. So I sent my friend and my car to take care of it.
Did Glass Plus stay true to their word? No.
They charged $220 plus $17.60 in taxes, wasting my friends' gas and time.
My next stop after Kudzu is the Better Business Bureau.
And they maybe Small Claims Court.
