Glass, Inc. is the absolute best glass company in Atlanta! The first time I used them was when my car was broken into. I was so upset that my stuff was stolen and the staff was so sweet and kind to me. They replaced my car window quickly and the manager even gave me a rose to cheer me up:)So when I decided to remodel my bathroom and get frameless shower doors, I called Glass, Inc. again. The installer helped me figure out what type of doors I wanted and select all of the matching parts, which made the process much easier. While he was at my house, I asked about getting dressing mirrors, and he measured the spaces, called me with a quote, and had the mirrors cut to install the same day! I was surpised at how easy and reasonably priced the whole thing was.I've worked with Glass, Inc. on a couple of little things since and they always treat me well. I've referred lots of friends and family to them and they treat them great, too. If you're looking for a glass shop that can do it all, definitely call Glass, Inc.

I stupidly let a rock break a sliding glass door via my weedeater at 4 PM. I had called Glass Doctor who quoted $75 more and said they'd come the next day. Glass Inc. is in my own neighborhood, and they installed new glass within an hour of the accident. By 6, it was all done and cleaned up. No "emergency" charge. Hard to get service and price that good these days. Highly recommended.

I had my van broken into on a Friday morning (passenger side glass broken), and found it around noon. My wife called around and found Glass Inc was willing to come out and do the replacement at my workplace that day. The repairman, Juan, that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, and worked with me about everything, even though I had some time/space/phone issues--he always was customer-service oriented in his approach. Their professionalism and courtesy turned a day that started very badly into a decent day all around. The price I paid was very competitive as well. Hats off to Glass Inc for a great job!

They stood me up 4 nights in a row after promising to deliver my already late window during the coldest stretch of the year! They didn't call to say there wouldn't make it, they didn't call the next day to apologize for standing me up--nothing, zip, zilch, nada. They didn't really seem like they cared as it did happen FOUR times. When I asked for a refund for the horrible service and heating bills I had to suffer through I learned there was no on in Atlanta I could talk with who had that power, I had to write a letter to Canada. What a Sham! Save your time and your money, there are much better glass places in the area!
