Had a great experience with Randy and his team. We built on to our existing house while I was pregnant with my second child instead of moving. Our kitchen was redone and a bedroom was added with a new deck. Thanks Glazer Design!
Just like the first review for Glazer, our renovation started on time...they were very quick actually to get the demo done. Things moved slowly after that since we were waiting for cabinets to get in but once they did things went VERY quickly. To the point where we were given no warning about people coming to our house. Job came to an end, once again very slowly until they wanted final payment. We, like the first people, worked with Glazer b/c we thought they would come within budget....when I tell you our budget doubled is an understatement. More importantly, if you want to see the worst kitchen renovation come on over. Our cabinets don't close, and are lopsided. When I approached Glazer about this...he chuckled and said...it's the house. I'm embarrassed to "show off" my 100K kitchen. I should have gone to Ikea. I'm actually embarrassed for them. The kitchen designer they referred us to was no where to be found once we submitted payment to him, and Glazer is also VERY slow to answer the phone now that he has received payment in full. I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot poll...and I've learned a lot about contractors from them...

80's Kitchen turned Rustic - Contemporary with the eye for design and construction with Randy Glazer and his team. Randy came to the table with ideas and listened to our vision. We got started on time and finished almost on time - we made some changes mid-stream and they stepped in to make it happen. We did stay on top of the project with their team to help with limiting the punch list items at the completion of the project. Waking up everyday lately has been a joy as we sip on our coffee and say, Wow - we live here! Thanks Randy and Team - we love it!
We recently remodeled our kitchen and I had a great experience working with Glazer Design and Construction. My very small and ugly kitchen was transformed into a beautiful space for my family. Randy Glazer and his team were extremely professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend them to others

We were very impressed with the attention to detail Randy and his crew had in designing our kitchen remodel. GORGEOUS !!!!In each step of the process, they were attentive and flexible. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding!

We needed an addition added to our house. Fairly simple 20 x 24 foot 2 story with a tear out of old kitchen and bath. Initial results were good. Work started on time, site was kept fairly clean. When new work was begun it was clear that the crews where not the 'A' team, but the B and C teams. Work site was not kept as clean it could have been, workmanship was good enough to pass inspection, weekly meetings with contractor became monthly meeting. Work finally finished and payment was made only to have roof leak in less 6 months (This was handled under warranty, third time was charm to fix leak), animals found there way new roof space in less than 3 months, after 1-1/2 years sheet rock has tape falling off ceiling (I will have to handle this my self). Now almost 3 years in new animals found a way in. I think I know where and will fix when rain stops. We chose Glazer because we thought he offered a fair price and would be willing to work with us. We needed to save money and do a lot of the finish work ourselves, what this cost us was almost par work on the framing, electrical (failed initial inspection 3 times!),doors (patio door was installed wrong and then damaged stopped leak with caulking) and windows, plumbing and sheet rock.
