It took them 3 months to downgrade my membership for the summer even though I asked them with plenty of time to do so before each billing cycle. They claimed to "forget" although I feel this was their way of collecting the higher fee as long as they could. Lotion prices are not posted, so while you are told that you get a membership discount, you don't ever see evidence of that, even on the receipt. I arrived there several times to tan during operating hours only to find that the place was closed. The last time, there was a sheet posted to the door from the landlord. That's when I finally canceled my membership.
