We got taken by Global Airpro, when we went to the BBB to complain we found out that the have been suspended from the BBB because of their bad business practices. STAY AWAY

I had Global Air Pro come out and do a cleaning job on my system which cost me $358 in Atlanta, GA. I thought this would be a good deal over some of the other companies that charge from $450 to $500 for the same jobWRONG. First they advertised that they use HEPA filtration and do not use any portable vacuum cleanersLIE. They used a shopvac to clean up debris that fell out the vents as they cleaned the ducts. Also they never used the HEPA filtration as they knocked dust down the lines into the bottom of the home to the crawlspace. They said that my house was too far from the street to use HEPA. My house is only 30 to 40 feet off the street! After I complained to them about it, they placed a line over ONE vent in the house. The vent is on a shared line and could not possibly pull anything from the lines. Also, any negative pressure would not pull from the furnace because the vent they connected the "HEPA line" to was shared. After they performed their work, I noticed the entire house was covered in dust. I have been having sore throats ever since the work was performed. No pressure test was performed to determine any leaking lines. The dust and dirt from the vents that was knocked downstairs into the crawl space was never observed taken out of the house and it's not possible that it was removed from the "HEPA" vent line as I have checked and it's still loaded with dirt/dust. Don't screw yourself. Go with anyone else and check their procedure first!!!

I've used Global AirPRO a couple of times now. Most recently this week. I find the service does make a difference in our home's air quality. The service is worth it. A three man crew came to the house and was done in about one hour. I'll use them again in a couple of years when it is time to clean the ducts again.

I thought they did a good job but 2 months after having them out to clean our ducts we went to change our filter and found that the filter had about one inch of dust on it and the box where the filter is located was about 4 inches deep of dust that was not removed. I used my shopvac to vacume out the area and ended up filling the vac up half way. I was never overly impressed with their service from the getgo but after seeing this I am really questioning what kind of job was done.

Global did a great job on my ducts, I found them on Kudzu. Used the deep cleaning package they had and I am very pleased with the service. 3 technicians worked for 4 hours on my vents and I was very pleased with the results.
