Prices are great, service is great, group-rides are the best in the valley (whether you prefer MTB or skinny tires), clinics are awesome and hands-on, employees are cyclists - knowledgeble and enthusiastic.

This shop has it all. Friendly and knowledgable staff, wide selection of products, and a warm welcome that makes you feel appreciated for taking the time to stop by. This is my new HEADQUARTERS for ANYTHING related to BICYCLE. Would like to give a special SHOUT OUT to Dustin Reed for volunteering time to teach basic repairs to novice riders. His expert knowledge as a master bike mechanic, love for the sport of bicycling, and teaching skills are top notch. Highly recommend the Basic Repair Class offered on Global Bikes Meetup page for all beginner riders. THANK YOU!

Great bikes, great customer service! Jake went above and beyond! He knew his stuff to inform us of all our options but let us take our time to decide on which bike would best suite us. Great value, and great bikes!

My usual repair shop was backlogged, so I decided to give these guys a try. Stopped in for a rim replacement and a wheel tune. It was a Saturday and they were pretty full, but they got me right in. Juan Carlos and Jay were knowledgeable and forthcoming. Had the bike rubber down in the time it took to look around for our next upgrade! Bike shop techs can sometimes be a bit stand-offish, unless they know you, or you dump a lot of cash and become instant friends. These two were friendly from go, made sure their work passed muster. I usually prefer to do my own work, but was short on time. This experience gave me the confidence that I can skip the wrenching and spend more time on the trail. My usual repair shop? That's now my old repair shop. Great job Global Bikes!

I went to Global Bikes looking to purchase a new bike. Wilson Lee helped me and was great. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I did not know much about bikes in the store but he was patient and explained everything really well, I would definitely recommed going to this store...ask for Wilson.

Cale is not only an excellent bicycle mechanic but also knows how to present repair and maintenance tips on in a manner that is informative and entertaining. At all of his clinics I have picked up valuable tips that has made my cycling experience more enjoyable. Thanks Global Bikes for providing this service.

The new Global Bikes at 101 & Chandler (by Whole Foods) is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I always enjoy learning more about my bike -- how to maintain it, fix it, upgrade it, etc. Fix-it videos and books suck. Small, personal classes in a bike shop with an experienced mechanic are awesome. And rare. But Global has them for FREE! I've been to 2 classes so far with Cale and he's great. He doesn't have that cycle snob "attitude" that most other bike shop posers in town have oozing out of their pores. He's genuine, friendly, he knows his stuff, and he even seems to enjoy teaching! Global also offers several group rides every week, for all different levels of experience. I haven't tried one of these yet, but I plan to soon. If you're intimidated by the idea of riding in a group, this seems like the place to start. Just check the Meetup and you'll get the vibe right away. As for the shop itself, it seems to have a nice selection of bikes, parts, and accessories. Not a huge variety, but what they do have is quality. And they stand behind it with their maintenance plans and return policy. I special ordered an obscure saddle last week that I thought would be hard to find - they got it for me in less than a week. With my bike, like my car, I like to have one place that I trust for parts and service. Global makes this an easy decision. Props to Cale and the rest of the crew there -- keep up the good work!

My 12 year old son decided to take apart his BMX bike and install the parts on another frame he bought from a friend. The parts were not compatible so it destroyed the bearings and shaft. Mark, your BMX was very helpful in explaining solution which gave what I needed to understand to make a decision the bike. The redish blond haired guy was very good as well. Thanks

Wilson repaired my mountain bike. He also directed me as a new rider to the tools I will need on the trail and assisted me on setting the PSI on my shocks. Thank you Wilson for your honesty and good nature. I will be back to see you again.

I have shopped at Global Bikes for a few years now and always get great service. I recently purchased a new Roubaix with the help of Tim. He was excellent with recommendations on accessories and working out a deal through their sale at the time. Scott was also great when it came to the bike fit as he was when I had it done for my other bike. Great shop and great people.

The Chandler location has been tremendous to work with. Cale does a great job with both my mountain bike and my road bike. I love the group rides and feel lucky to know my bikes are well taken care of! The great attitude and friendliness that I feel in this shop is wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Went into Global bikes in Gilbert to buy a bike and left there very satisfied with my bike. They went over the many options I had and fit a bike for my needs. Thanks Scott for your help.

Took my 2011 S-Works Roubaix to Scott Embry at Global Bikes in Gilbert this morning. I needed some carbon compound in the head piece, and the tape to be re-wrapped on the handlebar (had become separated). Scott did this while I waited. You can buy Specialized bikes at a lot of places, but I go to Global for the way they treat their customers. This is the 6th bike I've bought from them. A+!
