My family recently had a small fire break out in our home. No matter the size of a fire, it is a traumatic experience. We were referred to Global Builders by a neighbor that had water damage to their home, and used Global. We called their 24 emergency phone number, as it was way after hours. They came out at 2am to get started on the clean up, so that we could get back in our home as quickly as possible. They took care of us and everything was restored in my home.even some family portraits that I thought were unsalvageable. They are professional, attentive, and eager to get their work complete. Our home is as good, if not better, than new!

I had Global Builders repair my roof a few years ago when it was damaged in a hail storm. I was so pleased with them at that time, I decided to call them back when my door was leaking very badly, causing damage to my hardwoods. The men came out that same day to inspect the damage. In the next day, my door frame was re-built, door replaced, and the necessary equipment brought in to dry out my flooring. They were all professional, in uniform, informative, and just overall kind people. Being a single woman I am always skeptical as to whom I can trust. I can say, without a doubt, that I will call these guys when ANYTHING goes wrong in my home. They are a treat to deal with.

Our roof was damaged during a storm and Global said they would cover the area until it could be repaired. Global never covered the area causing major water damage on the interior. The repairs were not made in a timely manor. During the repairs, further damage was caused by the crew. When confronted, Global denied the damage was from them. Global's goal to get our house back to pre-damage condition was not meet and now we are stuck with poor workmanship and additional damage.

Our house was water damaged by a thunder storm and almost every room needed repair. Global made it their goal to get our house back to pre-damage condition and now it is actually better than it was before! The workers were so considerate and went out their way to make sure we were happy--and we are! Thank you, Global!

We had Global remodel our bathroom and it required matching up older tile with new and laying new vinyl flooring. A few years ago, we had Global do windows and two roofs, so when we needed work done inside our house, we thought of them. We are very satisfied with the work. It was done quickly and correctly with a minimum of disruption. They also took care to clean up after they worked.
