I don't like posting anything negative, but here's an exception. I took my bike in for service and knew what the problem was. They tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want. Then they said it would take a week. A simple repair, maybe they're slow or backlogged, but overcharging for a chain install and keeping my bike for a week wasn't in my plan. I guess if you didn't buy your bike there and you don't cave in to pressure to spend unnecessarily, they get snooty and ignore you. I went elsewhere.
