Worst place I have ever dealt with-horrible svc
Godfather Customs is the absolutely worst place to do business with. I have had nothing but issues with their products and EXTREMELY rude customer service. Purchased a set of "22 inch rims, tried for over a year to replace one the was damaged in an accident, was told month after month that the rims were on back order. Finally after 15 months of nothing but lies and nonsense Chasity one of the only 2 competent and customer oriented staff members employed by Godfather informed me that the rims were discontinued. Also purchased a Viper alarm from Godfather, Greg is very knowledgeable and patient, Each encounter with Chasity or Greg was pleasurable the other sales and service techs need to find jobs that does not include interacting with customers. Quinton or Q as some people call him is an @$$ whooping in the making.he is rude and stupid!! Ready to make a phone call to cousin Pookie about Mr Suzy Q. Save yourself time and aggravation stay away from Godfather Custom's.

Phone order Maybe, But GC isn't ready for the net!
What a Joke! I am so disgusted with their lies I can't even talk anymore about them. Probably a great co. if u walk in and need something they actually have on the shelf, but if you order off the net and they say it will ship same day, NOT. I would use expletives but I don't want to offend anyone. Go with Summit or Stylin' cuz GC is a small time suck fest for DIY'ers. I give service 2 stars cuz at least they tried to throw manufacturer and UPS under the bus. Don't waste your f***ing time!!!!!!

Do Not Use this Comany
I ordered a set of headlights for a Christmas & was told they would be delivered in 7-10 days. Waited 14 then called & were told that they had been on back order for 4 MONTHS! The guy we talked to said to wait until after the first of the year to see if they come in. After the first of the year, still nothing. I called to get a refund for the product that I paid for & never received & waited 10 days to get nothing. Eneded up getting the bank involved to get our money back.

Lied to me 4 times
I ordered a flip kit, 4 shocks, bump stops and 2" drop coils for my Silverado. When I placed the order I was told it would 1 day to process and 3 days to ship. I had a garage waiting to help me put this stuff on the next Saturday. I thought that was plenty of time if there was a delay. The next Thursday I called to see what was up and was told it was shipping that day. A week later got the same story and they would not give me a tracking number. Another week later and the shop is lined up again and I took off work because they said everything would be here no later than Friday. Well it is Friday, I am off work, shop is lined up and expecting me and I only have bump stops and coils in my possession. Called GFC and finally got a tracking number. Items are drop shipped and they were backordered. If I had known that I would have went elsewhere or bought something in stock. Now they will not be here until Monday. I am out time, a vacation day at work, money for the shop guys, and stressed out. STAY AWAY FROM GFC unless they are installing your parts. Shipments and customer service are the worst I have ever dealt with.

I expected better from a company like this.
I never thought anyone could screw up something so simple, yet they proved me wrong. And this was for the third time! Unless you have an abundance of time and money, I suggest going elsewhere. It's just a headache I could have done without.
