Please refer to the review posted on 11/19/2015. Mr. Trojan Tidwell e mailed me on 11/20/2015 and then called me on 11/21/2015 to personally apologize for the salesman's behavior. He indicated that the salesperson was no longer employed and I assured him that we would come back and give another try! Now that is what I call service!
