We were referred to this company by our Mitsubishi extended warranty agreement. The woman answering their phones treated us like garbage. They were horrible to work with in every respect and very unprofessional. Highly advise against using this company.

Called for information on in-home repair of a big screen tv. Woman who answered phone was rude and not at all helpful. Would not called back with any other problem if I had one.

The woman who works the counter was, REPEATEDLY, rude and disrespectful. Seemed annoyed. She gave the impression that they really did NOT want to perform warantee repairs. Said she had to contact the manufacturer to get "authorization" but took over a week to do so. Told us the repair would take a week. It took three.

The owner, Leslie (aka Laslo), has built this shop into a first class operation. Leslie is a top knotch technician with tons of experience. He has been known to fix difficult problems that other shops couldn't fix. Highly recommended!
