We went to this restaurant because I read raving reviews on another website about how well-trained their waitstaff is when it comes to food allergies. I have recently had to cut out all dairy from my diet, so when I read this online I thought it would be perfect. The waitress did not know what contained dairy and what didn't (however, she did confirm with the kitchen). The service was very rushed, but not that bad. We were checked on frequently. Food was just average in my opinion. Not overly impressed. The atmosphere was not what I expected. Good luck trying to talk to others at your table....it's way too loud.

I really liked the food at Goldfish, but the service was not so great. I will go back, but would probably try eating at the bar next time. The red snapper is good, many of the appetizers are good and the drinks are pretty good.

Pretty much the only reason we ever go to Goldfish is for the sushi which I think is the best I've had in town. But it's just an uncomfortable restaurant. The acoustics are horrible, so the restaurant is very, very loud to the point that it is, on busy nights, next to impossible to have a conversation. And then they add a pianoman, which makes it even worse. The service is generally hurried and the tables uncomfortable (unless you manage to get one of those plush booths). If they could solve their massive acoustics problem, we would probably go more often.

we went here for a special lunch with co-workers. it was a group of about 12 people. the lunch took almost 2.5 hours!!! the portions are pretty small. i've never had a place charge $5 for one piece of tuna roll!!! if you've got money to burn, it's a good place. the sushi is good.

The Goldfish is a really cool place to eat. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is awesome. A little expensive but a nice place to go when your celebrating!
